Withdrawing of sub. p/m from outside tubewell including submersible cable, rope & column pipe part by part after disconnection of power line & delivery pipeline as directed (including Derrick arrangement cost on hiriing basis).

Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump. Duty Condition : 36 mᶟ/hr. Head : 58 mtr. Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star Delta Impeller : GM/ SS/ Cromesteel Motor winding : Wet Type. Pump outlet - 65/75/100 mm. Suitable for size of tubewell : 250 mm x 150 mm. Make : KSB / Texmo / PLUGA / BG. (Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Supply and delivery at site the following :- uPVC 80 mm dia column pipe with both side square threaded (8 TPI) with one socket and 'O' ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having ISO 9001 standard. (Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast)

i) 3 mtr. long.

ii) 1.5 mtr. long

iii) 80 mm dia top & bottom adaptor

Supply and delivery at site Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and delivery at site 80 mm. dia CIDF sluice valve- 1 No., 80mm non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0, 80mm MS heavy flange - 1 no., CIDF Bend 90o - 1 no., CIDF / MS (Heavy) short piece as required length, 80mm CIDF Tee - 1 no., reducer, nut bolt and other CI / MS specials etc. as required as per I.S. specification and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete construction of delivery and wash out line (Make valve : I.V.I / I.V.C / Kirloskar / Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg. Co./Sigma Flow Control India LTD./ Cair Euromatic Automation Pvt. Ltd./K.E of Magnet Brand) as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery).

Supply & delivery of 80 mm dia CIDF butterfly valve (PN-1.0) with flange ends drilled as per relavant I.S. (Make : IVI / IVC / Hazra / Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg co.)

Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc.

Supply and delivery at site Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (H.Guru)

Supply and delivery at site 6 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable. (Make : Finolex / Netco/ Mescab/Crystal)

Supply and delivery at site 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable. (Make : Finolex / Netco/ Mescab/Crystal)

Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ MS Cage and 1" dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction.

Lowering of submersible pump motor set alongwith the above supplied materials and other re-usable materials & connection of power line and delivery pipe line complete.

Supply & delivery of 35 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulated Al. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I) Make : INCAB / Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal.

Supply & delivery of 25 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulated Al. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I) Make : INCAB / Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal.

Supply & delivery of 100 amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type fuse link (Make: Havells / Standard)

Supply & delivery of 4 pole 100 Amp changeover unit (Make- Havells / Standard / ABB)

Supply & delivery of 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB with adjustable overload and adjacent short circuit protection including enclosures. (Make- Siemens [Model No. 3VT] / Havells / ABB)

Supply & fitting fixing of 100 Amp. Kit kat (3 nos.) (Make : Havells) with required size wooden board mounted on wall.

Labour charges for fitting fixing the above items on existing position by removing damaged one.

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. x 1 no. LED light set [Make - Philips, Model: BRP031 LED45 CW SLR GR PSU] with 2 nos 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with properly grout including making power connection by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm copper FR grade flexible wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), fitting fixing of 15 amp switch on board with all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of 40 Amp. 3 pole power contactor 230V [Make-(ABB / ABB/Siemens/Any other approved make]

Supply & delivery of 32Amp Power Contactor, AC-3 Duty, 230V, AC (Make: ABB/ Siemens/ approved make)

Supply & delivery of 22 -32 Amp. 25KA, MPCB [Make-ABB/Siemens /Any other approved make]

Labour charges for fitting fixing the above electical items on existing old panel position by removing damaged one including supply necessary materials with testing commissioning all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fitting, fixing of FASD motor starter with overload relay (range: 20-32 Amp) protection. [Make : L&T, Type- ML2 (Heavy duty)]

Supply & fitting, fixing of fully automatic star delta starter with overload relay (range 13 - 21) protection. [Make : L&T (model- ML - 1.5 FASD) / Siemens. ]
