Providing and applying tack coat over existing BT with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying 50 mm consolidated thick Dense bituminous macadam (DBM) using 0.20cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with Binder as per Job Mix formula of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveyance the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 to CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted bituminous concrete with 100 - 120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder as per Job Mix formula by weight of total mix and filler, which shall consist of construction of a single layer /wearing course on a previously prepared bituminous base to the requirements of the specifications using CRMP bitumen with CMP & Paver.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the height,width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree.Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table2 of said MORTH circular.The strength of deatchment of the integrated cylindrical shanks,(of diamter not less than 19*/- 2 mm and height not less than 30*/- 2mm )from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kgf.Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manifacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC35-2015 guide lines and MORTH specification 804 etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches including all shoring and strutting where required including dressing of bottom&sides of trenches,stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of the excavation and subsequent filling around hume pipes/foundation with either excavated materials or borrow soil as necessary in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil, cessary safety precautions and traffic management measures as per clause 304&2903 of MORT&H Technical specifications and as directed by engineer complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION OF BREAST WALLS.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 40mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths, tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications.

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm dia. PVC pipes of requied lengths for abutments and wngs including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900mm dia. semi-spherical back fill arangements with 100mm size broken ganite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc.,to drain of the backfill IN BREAST WALL
