Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for dressed laterite stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4.

M& L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4

All as per item No. 3 above but except stone

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints haking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surface and is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer

M & L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level)

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains
