Dismantling brick or stone masonary above 3.00m height in clay including stacking the useful materials and the removing debries within 50m lead as per direction of EIC. (For repairing of masonry water storage tanks, compound walls, boundary wall, dismantling of doors & windows etc)

C.B Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 35kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Removing old Cement Plaster from walls including racking out joint 12mm deep & removing debries within 50 m lead as per direction of EIC. (Inside the colony residential and non- residential quarters for repairing work)

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for repair work over brick work including cost of all materials, labours, royality, taxes and duties etc. as per direction of EIC.

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick or stone masonry including cost of all materials, labours, royality, taxes and duties etc. as per direction of EIC. (For repairing of masonry water storage tanks, compound walls, Boundary wall etc.)

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm. thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead as per direction of EIC. (The colony residential and non- residential quarters for repairing work)

2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size hand broken granites chips. including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC. (The colony residential and non- residential quarters for repairing work)

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work. Etc., complete including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing lime concrete flooring 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm HG Chips complete including cost of all materials, labours, royality, taxes and duties etc as per direction of EIC. (0.05m thick below the dismantled floor area of coart yard and other areas)

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering andwashing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height & complete as per direction of EIC.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. As per direction of EIC.

Wall painting two coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved shed (Asian/Berger) on old work to give an even shed including cost of materials, labour, transportation etc. & complete as per direction of EIC.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (Wood Work) of reputed make (Asian and Berger) including cost of labour, materials as per direction of EIC.

Painting one coat with approved paint on wood work & Iron work (Old & New) of reputed make (Asian and Berger) including cost of labour, materials as per direction of EIC.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment and cost of all materials, labours, royality, taxes and duties etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated of SAIL TMT BAR reinforcement complete as per drawing and specification including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame hinges fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debries within 50m leadas per direction of EIC. (require in case of repair of existing damaged wooden doors and windows which are not renovated)

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as window frame, section no- 4095,4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick PVC Door (heavy) of size (75"x32") complete with iron fitting and wooden hinged cleats etc. fitted and fixed in position for doors and windows including all labour charges & transpotation & complete as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including all labour charges & complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting &fixing of Vetrified tiles (colour/printed) in floor of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to I.S. 15622:2006 OF size(600 mm x 600 mm) coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting & fixing in dados skirting and rises of steps on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles of approved makes confirming to I.S. 13753 coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting & fixing of special plain/printed (30mm x30mm/40mm x40mm) Anti-skid ceramic floor tile of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.70mm confirming to I.S. 13755:2006 OF coloured/printed series in floor (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting & fixing in dados skirting and rises of steps on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles of approved makes confirming to I.S. 13753 coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling European or Anglo Indian water closet including cost of labour and complete as per direction of EIC.

Fixing water closet, squatting pan (Indian type W.C pan) conforming to IS 2556 : Part 3-2004 duly embedded in cement concrete (1:4:8) using hard granite metal 4cm nominal size all complete as per specification.

Fixing Bevelled edge mirror of superior glass mounted on 6mm AC sheet or ply wood sheetsnd fixed to wooned pluge with CP brass screws and washers etc complete as per specification.

Providing man power for repair and maintenance of wooden doors and windows of resisdential and non residential quarters , wooden chairs and tables of offices, clubs, health centre etc throughout the year excluding public holidays including epf as per direction of EIC.
