Transporting of 110 kV 1X630 Sq.mm XLPE UG cable drums each weighing approximately 7T in lorries using adequate capacity truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including labour required for loading, transporting, unloading, driver bata etc.,Supplying and Providing of Winch,steel wire drum, cable drum stand, rollers, ramp and other T&P 's required for laying to the work site by engaging lorry and crane for site (No material will be supplied from department stores.) Positioning of winch ,D.G.set and others rollers for cable laying on a day before laying, Laying of cables in trench and duct by means of winch over rollers, dressing the cable in trefoil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals.The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side,devolution of any balance cables to CDC stores, all tools & plants, labour consumables, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing watch and ward (Unskilled) at site as instructed site-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 160mm dia of 6 kg/cm2 PVC pipe including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and laying 110mm dia of 6 kg/cm2 PVC pipe including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 600x500x50mm including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Providing Barricading works for laying cables using Steel barricade with green barricade Construction safety nets continuously without gap inclusive material cost,labour charges and removal charges after completing the work etc complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing joint chamber BW in CM 1:6 using second class chamber burnt bricks including cost of all materials labour lead lift curing etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick for joint bay chamber wallls including cost pf all materials labour lead lift curing etc complete.

Providing of HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia wall thickness 10mm(PE100 grade-PN10),6 Kg per cm2 with spigot and socket end by trench less method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level in all soil including shoring and shuttering and driving the horizontal bore by pushing /jacking method ( trenchless technology method) without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site. All the tools and plants ie machinery, labour and materials are to be provided by the contractor/ tenderer) excluding the cost of HDPE pipe.

Providing HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia wall thickness 10mm with spigot and socket end by trenchless by HDD method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site. All the tools and plants ie machinery, labour and materials are to be provided by the contractor/ tenderer).
