Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Rates shall be quoted with required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings inclusive of working of Item No. 01 hereinbefore. 2. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10+5mm) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement), mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
