Trench excavation by use of JCB/Excavator and manual excavation having approx. width 500 mm and depth 1.5 meter.
Laying of 1.11 KV (UE) 3CX185/120 Sqmm XLPE armoured cable. (500 meter in Underground and 50 meter in Surfacr area).
Covering the HT and LT cable on two sides and on top by 16 Nos of Fly ash bricks per meter and covering the cable by sand.
Backfilling of trench by use of JCB/Grader as suitable.
Supply and Installation of GI Conduit pipe suitable fo above - sized cables/ Cable protection pipes for Feeder pillar box cable terminations.
Repaire work for excavation work done on Road/Drains etc as required. Repair work shall be done by concreting the excavated area as it was.
Erection of 9.5/9 meter or custom sized heavy duty ty M.S Tubular/fabricated pole. Grouting of MS pole complete with sole plate and in Cement Concrete Ratio 1:2:4 foundation including painting ( 1 coat red oxide and 1 coat synthetic enamel paint ) as per IE rules. Muffing of MS Tubular Pole on the bottom with concrete having dimension 600mm X 300mm X 300mm.
Supply and Erection of the following accessories on single pole structures as per given IE rules : GI Bracket ( Channel size : ISMC 75, length : Suitable for 11 KV System). Galvanised MS clamp and GI packing piece for fixing the brackets. GI top adopter. Anti climbing device. EI danger / caution board. Number plate.
Supply and erection of stay set for support of steel tubular / custom pole pole. The stay set may be comprising of all the hardware , Guy Insulator , Clamps. Stay Wire and other accessories.
Supply and erection of Shackle Insulator polymer/porcelein type complete with pin,nuts & washers on the bracket of pole structure.( 1 set = 3 Nos of R Y B Phase)
