(ii) All the T&P and testing equipment’s required for undertaking the overhauling shall be arranged by the contractor and the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Supplying, fixing, testing and calibration in replacement of Numerical differential relay suitable for 132KV 220V DC, 230V AC by disconnecting old analog type relay and coordinate the new relay with incomer complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - Micom P642, AshidaADR233B or equivalent. Note: - The relay should be SCADA compatible.
Supplying, straining and stringing of Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) in replacement of any size (as per site requirement) for overhead line on poles or any other condition including aluminium binding wire of suitable size and suitable conductor/parallel grooves clamps etc and other jointing materials as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes: (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 amended upto date and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors. (iii) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

Supply, installing, Commissioning & testing HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 350 MVA indoor type, VCB PANEL totally metal clad with draw able type Vacuum Circuit Breaker including suitable as Incomer, including cable connection with Copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation horizontal draw out type VCB of capacity minimum 1250 Amps rated current. The switchgear panel shall be made up of CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated not less than 2.5mm thick for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thick for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof complete all as specified and as directed and as per following :-
Note: - (i) VCB Panels should be Manufactured, designed & supplied by OEM only. VCB Panels from the System houses are not acceptable (ii) All the main components like VCB/Relays/VI should be of same manufacturer. Vacuum interrupter shall be of OEM Make only. (iii) VCBs should be supplied with Vacuum interrupter with which Type Testing is done (iv) The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25KA for 1 Sec. (v) VCBs should be Type Tested for E2/C2/M2 Class. All type test should be as per as per IEC 62271-100 & IEC62271-200 amended upto date (vi) Cost for two no. of 11kv adapter panel for coupling of bus bar of newly installed VCB with existing VCB bus bar shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate
Material and labour for disconnecting of existing VCB by opening of all HT cables, Control cables, earthings, Bus bar from coupler etc. and deposited at MES AGE E/M store complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Cost for loading/unloading, shifting transport/Tool and plant for taking down and shifting shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
Supply and fill unused mineral insulating oils conforming to IS 335: 2018, Type II Class (Transformer oils), Uninhibited (U), pour point -10⁰C, vacuum filtered in a laboratory, Breakdown voltage of min 70 kV at 2.5 mm gap, Dielectric Dissipation Factor (DDF) of maximum 0.020 after 2h of oxidation complete all as specified and as directed.
