Providing and applying Primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per Attached Analysis)

Providing, laying and rolling dense graded bituminous macadam with batch type HMP using crushed aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% by weight of mix, transporting hot mix, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher, and compaction with smooth, vibratory & tandem rollers

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor at the of 0.20 kg per sqm an the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with batch type HMP using crushed aggregates premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent by weight of total mix, transporting hot mix, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher, and compaction with smooth steel wheeled tandem and pneumatic tyre rollers.Bituminous Concrete (Grading - II, 13.2 mm Nominal Size)
