Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical at First floor level, means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to I floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work, racking the joints, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete, all as per instruction of ADA.

Providing and constructing Brick work for steps using table moulded bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to I floor level in all shapes using cement mortar 1:6 including racking the joints, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete, all as per instruction of ADA.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. for Parapet wall (non modular) 100 mm thick, bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to I floor level in all shapes and sizes using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including racking the joints, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete, all as per instruction of ADA.

Providing and rendering cement mortar of 18 mm thick 1:4 ratio for both internal, external and rough plaster. Internal surface shall be finished with Birla wall putty and external surface shall be finished with sand finish using sponge and with smooth finishing incl scaffolding, curing etc, complete all as per the instruction of ADA

Providing & rendering Acrylic Smooth exterior Emulsion (for external surface), lighter shade on the wall over a coat of wall primer (where ever required), two or more coats to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, filling cracks and crevices, roller finish and scaffoldings, etc., complete. All as per OEM specification.

Providing & rendering Premium Acrylic emulsion (for internal surface), lighter shade on the wall over a coat of wall primer (where ever required), two or more coat to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, filling cracks and crevices, roller finish scaffoldings etc complete, all as per OEM specification.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm X 17 mm X 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fabricating & Installation of Aluminum Windows. All the Vertical & Horizontal members shall be powder coated AL Sections of size 65 x 40 x 1.2 mm heavy gauge forming a grid as per drawing enclosed. The Window partition shall be rigidly fixed to wall/ Ceiling/ floor, etc for stability, the filler material shall be 05 mm thick clear glass or pin head glass fixed using AL snap fit clips, rubber gasket. The sliding windows shall be provided with locking arrangement, bearings for smooth operations, handles etc complete as per samples available at ADA. a) W = 2.40m x 1.50m (05 Nos) b) W1 = 1.20m x 1.50m (04 Nos)

Providing and laying Polished Kuppam white natural stone (1st quality) flooring & skirting of size 610 x 610 mm, 18-20 mm thickness approximately of required design and patterns, in linear portions of the building all complete as per the drawings, over 50 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry / flexible chemical with pigment of matching shade including curing and spacer etc, all complete as per sample available at ADA and OEM standards.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid resistant tiles for flooring and walls of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting 10mm thick mortar 1:4 mortar(1: acid proof cement & 4: Coarse sand) bedding , and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid resistant tiles for skirting of approved make and colour using alkali resisting 10mm thick mortar 1:4 mortar(1: acid proof cement & 4: Coarse sand) bedding , and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of 0.50mm Meta cab colour coated Roofing sheet along with necessary hardware, cap all as per specification of OEM, etc complete as per sample available at ADA.

Providing and fixing 01mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 03mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing, fabricating and installation of MS frame structure using hollow section, angle sections and suitable anchoring nuts and bolts of ISI make incl civil work grouting to First floor, scaffolding required for erection of structure, curing, etc, complete. All other details as per Drawing attached.

Supply and fixing of U shape Rain water gutter to collect/drain rainwater fabricated using 0.50 mm thick colour coated sheets, fixing clamps, etc. all as per OEM specification.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC rain water pipes of 4 kg/sq cms capacity incl all specials and MS / PVC clamp fixed to wall/ceiling etc complete as per OEM standards.

Providing, fabricating and installation of (01 nos of ladders /staircase) a)For Service stair case refer Drgs in Annexure-III made out of BIS approved make of MS structural members as given in drawing enclosed & sample available in ADA & OEM specification and all as per NBC SP 7, 2005.

Providing and fixing BIS approved make 03 mm thick AL chequered sheet for threads and landing, fixed using suitable hardware, etc complete, all as per sample available at ADA and OEM specification.

Providing & rendering approved shade of Synthetic Enamel paint two or more coats to get even and neat finish over a cover of zinc primer, after surface preparation all as per sample available at ADA & OEM specifications. (01 no of ladder)
