(a) Provn of water supply connection for arborriculture Near Bldg No P- 779 of 616 EME Bn at Sri Ganganagar Military Station ( SGNR/11/MW/20-21):- (i) Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 Meter in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil completed all as specified and directed by Engineer- In- Charge. (Qty-16.8 Cum). (ii) Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge(Qty-15.12 Cum). (iii) Removal of excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 meter above the starting point completed all as specified and directed by Engineer- In Charge. (Qty-1.68 Cum). (iv) M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15 mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, and connections of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- In Charge (Qty-50 RM). (v) M& L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, and connections of 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- In Charge (Qty-20 RM). (vi) Supply & fixing mild steel clamps made of flat iron 40x 6 mm in two halves for tapping through 40 to 100mm bore GI/DI water pipe line including drilling and welding of 15-25 mm GI socket and necessary rubber insertion, nut, bolts & washers complete, all as specified & directed( Qty- 1 Job). (vii) S&F 20mm bore Gun metal gate valve ( ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 20mm bore, complete all as specified & directed ( Qty- 1 No). (viii) S&F 15mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 15mm bore, complete all as specified & directed (Qty- 1 No). (ix) Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000litres(cylindrical vertical with closed) white in colour Make : Ganga hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (Qty -01 No). (x) M& L for drilling and tapping water mains (in position) for branch connection of internal dia 20mm(Qty -02 Nos). (xi) Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwer for iron pipe of size 20mm bore and fixed (Qty -01 No). (xii) M&L for bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch), nipples, any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces(Qty -20 Kg). (xiii) Bib tap standard of PTMT 15mm bore dia,any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed(Minimum weight 15 mm-90mm/20mm 125 gms) (Qty -04 Nos). (xiv) Stop valve of PTMT 15 mm bore dia, any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm -90mm/92gms) (Qty -04 Nos). (b) Provn of HDPE pipeline for connecting three environmental ponds with STP treated water at Sriganganagar Mil Station (Job No SGNR/15/MW/20-21):- (i) Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil completed all as specified and directed by Engr –in – Charge(Qty 48 Cum). (ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 m thick in soft soil completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge(Qty 43.2 Cum). (iii) Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge(Qty 4.8 Cum). (iv) Supply and laying high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 50mm bore of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 with all pipe fittings such as ends, elbows, unions tees, reducing tees, adaptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc and fixing to wall etc. complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips hooks protective mild steel tube sleeves and cutting through walls, floors and their making good or laying in trenches and also cutting screwing and waste. Fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge(Qty 200 RM( Make: DUKE, AARAM & KASTA). (One supply/Job work only)
