M&L for complete cleaning of ducts by using HEPA filtered vaccum unit to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the occupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. The cleaning should be done by using robotic tool ,monitored & operated remotely video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid minimum amount of cross- contamination upon completition of work the system shall be sanitized by fogging the ducts to ensure all mold and bacteria spores and foul smell is eradicated the entire process shall be caried out with Air compressor with bib, pneumatic air whips and power jobs, Rotary brush Drum vaccum with pipe. Negative machine HEPA and 10" hose pipe and Robo camera with control unit.

All cleaning agents/chemicals used shall be inaccordance with the regulation and shall be certified for use in the respective system for OT 1 & 2 plant AICTS (70TR running). During the inspection process collect particulate samples from the duct interior to provide with a complete laboratory analysis of the particulate content to identify hazards such as asbestos. Microbial samples are also taken to evaluate the duct surface for bacteria and mould growth as directed and specified by Engr-in Charge. (Note : PVC sheets wherever reqd for ingress Protection of medical equipments will be arranged by the contractor and its cost is included in unit rate)

NOTE :- (a) Spares required for the above maintenance shall be measured & paid as Supply only under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (b) Every day checklist as approved by Engr-in-charge has to be produced by technician giving the details of the AC plant (c) Routine checking/testing/servicing of the AC plants and Oxygen plants shall be done on weekly basis including greasing and oiling , if not Rs. 3000 will be imposed as penalty for every week & machinery missed and completion of servicing be produced to Engr-In-Charge. (d) Every day one technician has to be deployed for day to day maint and rectification of faults if any and failing which Rs. 800 will be charged as penalty for every day. Technician should report attendance to Engr-in-charge. (e) Providing Gland, oil, gresaing and other neccessary items for better functioning of machinery to be provided by the contractor and cost is included in the per month maintenance of the machinery. (f) THE QUOTED RATES ARE INCLUSIVE COMPLETE TESTING OF MACHINE TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF ENGR-IN-CHARGE.
