REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO RETAINING WALL, DRAIN AND PATHWAYS AT BAKLOH CANTT

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, (in wall or drain) complete all as specified and directed, including Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC(1:4:8) Type D-2 (40 mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throathing including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 on old stone masonary retaining wall, filling the gap between stone course in CM 1:4 , including Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought uo to coursec work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for PVC pipe 75mm dia low density of pressure rating 10Kg/Sqcm (in short lengths) fixed in walls as weep holes as in retaining wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 20mm (in two layer) thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in CM (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel drains including form work & Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any discription and in any position not otherwise specificcally provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L extra over forming fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 300m bore, Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars , complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate includes for all necessary extra joints, waste, and cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) surface finished even and fair all specified to receive top layer including Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor above or below ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour , design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra specifically complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).
