Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation/ laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in approved excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punning thickness shall be measured.

M&L for covering to underground electric cable using sub class 'B' old size brick laid dry flat over pendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured heavy duty electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary earth work required at per site. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ON LOAD change over 415V with and including oudoor type sheet meatal enclosures (sheet thickness 3.15mm) including necessary angle iron stand grouted in PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with necessary from work 30cm below GL and 60 cm above GL, 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps with in and out cable gland complete as specified and directed. Make : L&T or equiualent make specified in Appx 'B'.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel engine driven Generating set AC, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz, PF 0.8 lagging, 1500 RPM of capacity 62.5 KVA with accoustic enclosure, Noise level dBA<75 comprising of the following and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : KOEL Green Model gen Set Model KG1-62.5WS Kiroloskar or equivalent Model of Greaves Power / Cummins as approved by GE.

(A) Diesel Engine : multi cylinder, Liquid cooled, Naturally aspirated and developing 83 BHP @ 1500 RPM, vertical engine, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke designed to run continously @ 1500 RPM comfirming to IS 10002 /ISO 3046, BS : 5514 standards with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 Hours operation, DG Set to comply with CPCB-II norms and shall comprise of the following accesories. Make : Kirlosker Green Engine Model No 4R810TA G1 or its equivalent model viz. equivalent technical specification in other makes as specified here in above. (i) Radiator, cooling system with fan (ii) Micro fuel pump with electronic governor. (iii) Dry tube air cleaner (iv) Lubricating oil filter (Spin on type) (v) 12 Volts electric starting system (vi) Battery charging alternator (vii) Stop solenoid (viii) Lub oil pressure gauge (ix) Water temprature gauge (x) Ammeter battery charging (xi) K cool super plus coolant (xii) First fill of Lub oil (xiii) Safety shut down system for low lube oil (xiv) Air valve and drain plug arrangement

(B) Alternator : Alternator suitable for continous operation rated at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system, rated for output 50KW / 62.5KVA, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF in SPDP enclosure, insulation class 'H' self excited and self regulated, brushless, foot mounted in single / double bearing construction on end shields conforming to IS-4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. Makes :- Kirlosker or equivalent item of other specified makes as given in appendix 'B' to Particular Specification.

(C) Accoustic enclosure : The accoustic enclosure shall be designed and manufactured conforming to relevant standards suitable for outdoor installation exposed to weather conditions, and to limit noise level of <75 db (A) at a distance of 1 metre from the enclosure as per CPCB II norms insulation confirms to VL94-HF1 class for flamability. The enclosure shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thickness as per OEM instruction and shall be powder coated.

(D) Control Panel : Microprocessor bsed with graphical LCD display (i) Control panel - Overload and earth protection including all accessories such as MCCB, relays, all material equipments etc (ii) IP rating of Control Panel - IP 53

(E) Battery (i) Battery type & specification - Low Maintenance free to IS : 14257 for high cranking performance (ii) Battery capacity (Ah) - not less than 150 (iii) Number of Battereis - 01

(F) Test Reports DG set meet requirements of Environmental (Protection) Rules 1986, in respect of noise and emission norms, as described in STC.

(G) Warranty / Installation & Commissioning (i) Warranty - 02 Years (ii) Installation and Commissioning - With insulation (iii) PCC for foundation of suitable size using 1:2:4, C-2, 40mm graded. (below ground level 20cm and above GL 30cm with minimum around space 0.5m) including necessary excavation and earth work.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. RCC cover with concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 8mm bars @ 100mm C/C both way with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI Earth strip 32 x 6mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5m above ground level.
