Manufacturing and Supplying of 30.5(Meter) Flag Mast, Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity confirming to IS 875, the shaft shall be PU painted (Polyurethane) with a coating of each primer, primer and PU paint with all contractor's materials, all accessories, labour, lead, lift, transportation, loading, unloading, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge with the following items

a. Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri color Fag size (30 ft X 20 ft. ) b.System for raising lowering of Flag. It shall have double drum winch, 6mm dia galvanized wire rope and integral power tools for the raising and lowering of Flag. C.Supply of complete system for motorised Raising & Lowering mechanism of Flag & Obstruction Light, It shall have double drum winch, head frame, decorative dome, 6 mm dia stainless steel wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag, Suitable outdoor type 415 volt LT control panel shall be provided for the operation of power tool motor for raising and lowering, auto ON/OFF switching arrangement for the flood lights of three set and obstruction lights with timer, bypass switch, On/off indication etc. complete as required. d.Supply of aviation system with suitable size/ 3cx2.50sqmm Cu cable. e. Painting of 30.5 M Flag Mast PU painting of High Mast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint.

Supply of 30M High Mast ,shaft in three sections suitable for 47m/sec wind speed with raising lowering system comprising head frame , Luminaries carriage suitable to install 12 nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement , double drum winch ,6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing Cable Connector, integral Power tool motor manual handle, junction box, lighting finial (Wiring Material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in Base Compartment are not included and are a part of installation)

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 Grade concrete for High mast and flag mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 m depth with all materials and labour

Manufacturing and supplying of LED Floodlight luminaries type 300Watt along with suitable arrangements & supports for mounting luminary on flag with all contractor's materials, labour, lead, lift, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge

Manufacturing and supplying of foundation bolts from special steel along with nuts, washers for 30 Metre pole with all contractor's materials, labour, lead, lift, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge.

Supply of approved Make LED Aviation Obstruction light with all contractor's materials, labour, lead, lift, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge

Design,Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of outdoor type distribution feeder pillar box with 63 A TPN MCB as incommer,totally enclosed,free standing, vermin dust proof,Water proof,front operated, double door made of 2 mm thick ,rubber gasket,powder coating painting with provision for incoming cable connection 35 Sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 Sqmm terminals for the power tool motor etc. complete as required provisions for earthing, support for switchgears & busbars with suitable angle iron frame base, floor mounting, Al. bus bar,suitable for operation on 3 Phase and 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system including control wiring, necessary connections etc and supply & mountings of following items. The provision shall be made for High Masts to be operated from ATC Tower by Remote operation with remote control cable as and when requirement. The panel shall have the following accessories etc as required.

Manufacturing and supplying of (30 ft X 20 ft.) Indian National Flag in 100% knitted Polyesters (140gms) with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope /toggle sleeve with all contractor's materials, paints, labour, lead, lift, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge.

Erection of the Flag Mast / High Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assemble of operating system

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5M long 40mm dia GI pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25x3mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required).
