SH - I - Operation And Maintenance Of 750 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant at CURAJ

Annual Maintenance Contract to carry out day to day and preventive electrical maintenance works in University Campus to upkeep all the electrical internal & external installations, fittings, fixtures, wiring, Lights, Fans, Geysers etc. functional for all days in a month including Sundays and Holidays; including site electrical engineer/supervisor, manpower, machinery, general consumables, tools & tackles, on duty worker commutation facility, safety tools for LT & HT power supply, various type of ladders/tipaya/chopaya, uniform for deputed staff etc. as required on site, complete in all respect, as per standard practice and directions of EIC. Note: This work excludes the electrical maintenance material and it will be provided by the University as per requirement. Indicative items are as under: • Wiring/Cabling. • Metal/PVC boxes. • Switches, sockets and accessories of different ratings. • 01phase/03 phase power points & circuits. • 01/03 phase Energy Meters. • Light points/ Fan pts/ Exhaust Fan pts/Call bell pts. etc.• All type of indoor and outdoor lights (Conventional/LED/HPSV/MVSV etc.) • All type of fans (Ceiling/Exhaust/Pedestal/Wall). • HVLS fans.• Water heaters.• Auditorium stage lights.• Air curtains and electric fly catchers. • Rising mains bus trunking and overhead bus bar of different ratings.• Sandwich rising mains with aluminium bus bar of different ratings.• Switch, disconnector, SFU and MCCB of different ratings. • MCBs, Isolators, RCCBs and MCB DBs of different ratings.• Cable and Boxes of different sizes.• Brass compression glands of different sizes.• Aluminium lugs of different sizes.• HT/LT Cable fault detections and jointing kits.• Overhead electric line.• Road lights.• Lightning arrester and earthing system.• All Electrical indoor and outdoor panels and panel rooms of all buildings.• Maintenance of records etc. as per tender document.

Comprehensive Annual Repair, Maintenance & Operation of 39 nos. different rating electrical motors & pumps alongwith associated starter panels, for all days in a month including Sundays and Holidays, including manpower, machinery, spare parts, consumables, tools & tackles, safety tools for LT power supply, ladders, ropes, on duty worker commutation facility, uniform for deputed staff etc. as required on site, complete in all respect, as per standard practice and directions of University. Note: Inventory of electrical motors & pumps alongwith associated starter panels is attached with technical bid.

CPWD DSR (E&M) 2025/Chapter-01: Wiring. The bidder has to quote the rates above / below / at par on DSR (E&M) 2025 rates (including all) considering estimated cost of work Rs. 5,00,000/- Note: This work shall be executed as per requirement of the university.

CPWD DSR (E&M) 2025/Chapter-02: MCCB, MCB, DBs. The bidder has to quote the rates above / below / at par on DSR (E&M) 2025 rates (including all) considering estimated cost of work Rs. 1,00,000/- Note: This work shall be executed as per requirement of the university.

CPWD DSR (E&M) 2025/Chapter-05: Earthing The bidder has to quote the rates above / below / at par on DSR (E&M) 2025 rates (including all) considering estimated cost of work Rs. 1,00,000/- Note: This work shall be executed as per requirement of the university.

Detection of fault in underground electric Low Tension (LT) cable incl. fault detection machine charges, digging & labour charges etc. complete in all respects as per standard practice. Note: This work shall be executed as per requirement of the university.
