REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND COOLING APPLIANCES, DB AND SUB MAIN WIRING INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS AT AEC TRG COLLEGE AND CENTRE PACHMARHI.

Material and labour for disconnectin electric connection, taking down/ keep aside the air conditioner (Split/Window)/Water Cooler/Refrigerator/Deep Freezer including stabilizer of any make and capacity. Servicing the same as cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gaskit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and made functional the equipment fully and Re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (All new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.)

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton window / split type AC/refridgerartor/deep freezer/water cooler of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134A / R 22 or any other refridgerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if requited will be measured and paid separately under the supply of respective items.

M& L for Dismantling of unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from window /Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor (company repaired), suitable for existing same model/make of capacity 1.5/2 TR split/window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-134 A /R 22 in appropriate qty after making vacume the complete system and testing the A/C for proper functioning all as directed. .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel . supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed Note - 1. Cost of GI stripand GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.

Supply and fixing the following items required in repairs of equipments mentioned against item No 1 here in above including dismantling, opening the equipments, assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : All the repairs shall ensured to be carried out at AGE E/M store yard including transportation of equipment and re-fixing at site.

(a) Cooling coil complete with fins made of copper suitable upto 2Ton/1.5 Ton capacity Window/Split type AC as per existing size and specification

(b) Condensing coil coplete with fins made of copper suitable upto 2Ton/1.5 Ton capacity Window/Split type AC as per existing size and specification

(c) Fan motor for water cooler upto 150 Ltr capacity.

(f) Fan blade suitable for AC's blower/ water cooler motor and all as per sample.

(g) Condensing coil suitable for water cooler upto 150 Ltr capacity copper as per existing make and model.

(h) Cooling coil suitable for water cooler upto 150 Ltr capacity copper madeas per existing make and model.

(i) Water outlet tap made of brass cromium plated for water cooler.

(k) Liquid line valves copper made for ACs upto 2Ton capacity.

(l) Refrigerant line valve copper made suitable for ACs upto 2Ton capacity.

(m) Foam insulation heavy duty for ACs refrigerant line.

(n) Capilary tube for water cooler/ refrigerator/AC all as per exiting size.

Supply and Fixing Electronic printed Circuit plate (PCB) for Split/Window A/C 1.5 TR/2 TR including taking down unserviceable old one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from water cooler and S&F New Sealed compressor unit company repaired of existing sample, suitable for 40/80 Ltr capacity of water cooler. replace with New compressor (duly tested)and checking the complete system for leak proof and including charging of refrigerant gas R-134 a in appropriate quantity and testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Running capacitor for Water Cooler having capacity 40/80 and 150Ltr as per existing sample including taking down unserviceable old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing over load Relay for Water Cooler having capacity 40/80 and 150Ltr including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Float valve of 15mm dia non-metallic for Water Cooler having capacity 40/80 and 150Ltr including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC connection of size 15mm dia for Water Cooler having capacity 40/80 and 150Ltrincluding taking down unserviceable old one

M& L for replacement of relay, suitable for 300/310 Ltr refrigerator of any make/model including taking down unserviceable old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/wall mounted fan from ceiling/wall any type and make and replacement of 03 nos nut bolts, 03 nos steel split pin, rubber clamps, washer, screws etc. Greesing/ oiling of the fan including rectifying the defective wiring, cleaning complete and made functional the same, refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Item required repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective items except nut,bolts ,split pin ,rubber clamps ,washer ,screw. 2. costs of nuts,bolts ,split pin ,rubber clamps, washer, screws is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing the following items incoporated in repairs above item No 20 above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:-

(a) Fan clamp made of SS.

(b) Fan capacitor 2.5 /4 MFD

(d) MS down made of GI 15mm dia, 1Ft long.

(e) Aluminium fan blade 1200/1400mm sheet.

(g) Exhaust fan blade made of SS upto 300mm/450 mm sweep.

Material and labour for dismantling/ opening complete fan obtain from item No 20 above, assembling and testing complete after the following repairs :

(a) Supply and fixing fan bearings Make : SKF and all as per existing.

(b) Supply and fixing gun metal from bushes all as per sample.

Material and labour for dismantling, opening complete Fan obtain from item No 20 and rewinding the same with super enamel copper conductor of suitable size and meet to original specifications & speed etc. Using proper insulation and varnish, sleeves etc asssembling and 8hrs continous testing before refixing at site complete all as specified for the following sizes : Note : (i) Rewinding/ repairs of fans shall be ensured to be carried out at AGE E/M store yard including transporation charges to and from. Note : (ii) Item required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately from above item No 21 (a) to (e) & Item No 22.

(a) Ceiling Fan 1200/1400mm sweep.

Labour work for collecting split type/ Window type AC of 1.5 TR / 2 TR cooling capacity of any make/model from existing location /E/M store yard including installation of indoor and outdoor unit where as directed, making/breaking hole through the wall for and passing the suction/discharge line and PVC coduit of 25 mm dia n.exc.3.5 mtr long in concealed surface of wall for drainage of water occurs due to humidity, making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortor of ratio1:3 finishing to match existing same and testing complete all as directed.

S&F wall mounted type stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 170Vto 285V and with output voltage stabilizer at 230V with accuracy of +/-2.5%and capacity of 05 KVA complete and taking out old all as specified and directed. Make :- V-Gaurd, AE, Sinetrac etc.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red,Neutral-black,Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unshealthed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as earth contunity conductor ,voltage rating 1100 volt ,ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with stranded accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated,unshealthed,stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm all as specified and directed including taking down old one Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.
