Amount

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed completed all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber of formation surfaces(in cutting) of road with 8-12 ton power roller including filling in depressions which occurs during rolling complete as speceified.

M&L for 200mm thick Granular Sub Base(GSB) of grading II as per MORTH Specification,surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber,using earth compactor of 8 tonne to 15 tonne capacity or compaction at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code to achieve min CBR Value ,laid in layers of consolidated thichness all as specified and directed.

M &L 150 mm thick in two layer (each layer of 75 mm consolidated thick) sand stone, or brick Basalt Flint or Laterite Quartzite (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) pre mix bituminous macadam, laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with viscosity grade( VG -10) bituminous primer @ 10Kg/ 10Sqm to the prepared WBM surface complete all as specified and as directed.,

Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc.complete all as specified and as directed.,

M & L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with viscosity grade (VG -10) bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm to the prepared old black top surface, complete all as specified and as directed.,

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete as specified .

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified. .

M&L for 20 mm sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness, M-50 Grade complete all as specified

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm bore Mild steel tube medium grade galavanised iron with all fitting laid in trenches/ fixed to poles etc. as in cable protection complete all as specified
