SUPPLY AND FIXING OF COOLING TOWER MOTOR FAN HUB ASSEMBLY AND AHU SHAFT OF AC PLANT OF CAPACITY 3 INTO 30 TR AT ADP COD UNDER GE U P AND M DELHI CANTT

Dismantling of existing worn out electric motor of CT Fan of cooling tower and Supply and fixing in repair with testing and commissioning totally enclosed weather proof IP-55, Flange Mounted Extended Shaft electric CT Fan Motor with following specification complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Three phase squirrel cage motor, Capacity 2 HP, 720 RPM, 415V, 50HZ with all connected accessories and all fitting suitable for 30 TR cooling tower. Material & Labour for dismantling the old broken fan hub assembly including blades of cooling tower and replacement with new fan hub assembly with die cast aluminium blades adjustible pitch axial fan heavy duty as per existing size including U-clamps, nuts, bolts & washers suitable for cooling tower of capacity 30 TR all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of AHU Shaft bearing No. P-207/ P-208 or existing size as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of AHU Shaft of existing size(for 12000 CFM) as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of AHU fan blade of existing size(for 12000 CFM) as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and topping up of refrigerant Gas R-22, Make - Mefron or equivalent ISI approved as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for Overhauling and repairing of any size refrigerant suct ion/ delivery liquid line valve including servicing of valve, replacement of packing material, sealing rings, Teflon washers and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
