REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD CI/GI MAIN PIPELINE AND CONNECTED PIPELINE, VALVE PITS AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN ZONE I, II, III AND IV AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/GI/DI/PPR pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unserviceable CI water mains (including all fittings) of size 200 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unserviceable CI water mains (including all fittings) of size150 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unserviceable CI water mains (including all fittings) of size 100 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unserviceable CI water mains (including all fittings) of size 80 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron pipe, K-7 type with spigot and socket ends of size 200 mm dia laid in trenches including rubber gasket (tyton ring) jointing materials, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : DI fittings, excavation and PCC to be measured and paid separately.
