Supply of building Rubbish/Malba/similar unserviceable material dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including royalty loading un-loading banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, braking clods watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and up to embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guid banks or filling up ground depression, with all leads & all lifts.
Supply of earth including excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions by mechanical transport within 10 km. lead and lift upto 1.5m including royalty.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to plinth level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Neat cement punning.
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the ontractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum
Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 Kg. of cement ( 43 grade OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/ streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ regard setting of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , leveling to required slope and camber, finishing by floating and brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contraction/expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 Kg/cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payale/recoverable separately M-30 RMC using minimum cement @ 400 Kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant(RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.
Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Hiring JCB Machine on hourly basis.
Supply of screen soil C&D waste product by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, royalty and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions with mechanical lead upto 15 Km and lift up to 1.5m in all kinds of soil.
Raising of existing Manhole up to 1m (Av) height by dismantling of CC/RCC Cover and frame including brick masonry with bricks of class designastion 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) with a floating coat of neat cement punning 12mm thick including cost of quantities to be executed in or under foul position complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 Circular shape 560 mm internal dia
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Hire charges for providing tractor pump including fuel for running/maintenance, suction pipe up to 12m, delivery pipe upto 30m, Mobil oil, labouir for pump operation including pump operator for a period to 8 Hour as per directoin of Engineer-in-charge.
