Excavating in trenches,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or shafts,walls,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out of hard/dense solil all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in,including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated hard/dense soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the strarting point.

Cutting chases,pinning in,making good of PCC hard standing to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 , exc.10 cm. but not exc.20 cm girth to ends or edges of landing,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Cutting Bituminous road in,making good with facing where required and pointing exc.30 cm. but not exc.1.0 mtr. girth to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 150 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains

Supply and fix Cast Iron Non-Return Sluice Valve150 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains

Supply and fix Brass Gate Valve complete 25 mm (1”) dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DI/CI Specials/fittings like Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150 mm all as specified and directed

M & L for valve chamber of size, type and construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.20m x 1.20m x 1.20m (internal dimension) with 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) over 15cm thick hardcore, 23cm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortar (1:4), 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 10mm thick MS sheet cover with, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping having rectangular hinged opening of size with locking arrangements & handle made out of 25cm dia MS round bar, hold fasts etc applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including excavation and earth wotk in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified.
