Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal up to 1000 meters but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with initial lead up to 3.0 km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including land compensation of earth), (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.). (a) From private land.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with renovator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401 (including cost of testing of materials at laboratory, cost of haulage, loading and unloading of materials to the work site).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hard packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (A) By Manual Means, (II) Grading -II. (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as moorum or gravel (including cost of testing of materials at laboratory, cost of haulage, loading and unloading of materials to the work site).

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1, cement concrete not to be less than a50kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during the trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller,(finishing & curing). (including cost of testing of materials at laboratory, cost of haulage, loading and unloading of materials to the work site).

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed with Recron 3s fibre of reliance Industries Ltd. Or its equivalent @ 0.125 kg per bag of cement mixed in a batching & mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joins, joint filler, separation membrane, sealent primer, sealent joint, debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. (including cost of testing of materials at laboratory, cost of haulage, loading and unloading of materials to the work site).
