EARTHWORK, SITE CLEARANCE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT Supply of approved earth from the outside MoD land to the execution site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1. The rate to be included all royalty, transportation & taxes etc. 2. Contractor shall produce proper pay receipt / challan for purchased earth during payment of final bill / RAR.

NOTE : Anything missed out but technically required for site for proper functioning of pump set shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6-10 Amp DOL starter for monoblock Pumping Sets, electic driven complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F mild steel 9 m long tubular poles type 410 SP-31 swan neck type complete with CI base plate complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation, returning, filling and removal shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Sch 'A' Part-XII.

S&F junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 55/IP 65 protection of suitable size including - 04 Nos cable terminal, 02 Nos polycarbonate cable gland , 01 Nos DIN rail and 01 No. MCB SP, 10 KA 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

LIFT Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning passanger lift, speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 Volts, 3 Phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to carry 8 passenger to serve G+04 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drie (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with / without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos. one each in car, Machine room & near ground floor landing door) complete as specified and directed. NOTE:- (A) The system (Lift) shall be guaranteed against maintenance and repair including spares for a period of three years from the certified date of completion of this contract and the cost of these shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against the lifts. (B) (i) The lift shall conform to all relevant IS / IEC / National Bldg Code provisions. (ii) The design of movement of lift shall be such that the travel is smooth. (iii) The wiring of lift shall be with copper conductor, standard, ISI marked of suitable size. The wiring in the lift well shall be in MS conduit, ISI marked, medium grade of suitable size. Suitable sockets / lights shall be provided as directed in the lift shaft. Item Continued as 15.24

(iv) If anything missed above but is technically required for efficient working of the lift is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Instruction shall be provided by the manufacturer inside and outside the car. The instructions shall be written on a metallic sheet with embossed letters matching with car décor / outside décor all as directed. (vi) A board depicting manual rescue procedure to be provided at location as directed. (vii) The lift work shall be executed only through OEM. (C) The quoted rate is deemed to include the above provisions as specified above. (D) After erection of lift must tested by authorized Testing Officer of the Dept. (E) Cost of civil work required shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against the lifts.
