Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of company assembled with acoustic enclousure [SILENT] diesel driven engine, silent DG set of capacity 320 KVA [256KW] duly certified by agencies/lab designated by CPCB 4+ latest norms for noise and pollution level [compliance with CPCB 4 + Norms or any updated norms] and in cylinder solution to meet latest emission norms CPCB 4+, 3 phase, 4 wire of 415 volts, 50 Hz, with ALTERNATOR, AMF Panel complete, All the Major components the engine alternator, after treatment system, control system and canopy shall be designed IS / IEC. The exhaust after treatment / the emission limits as per central pollution control board [CPCB] latest regulation / norms [NOx +HC < 0.67, CO < 3.5 ,PM < 0.2 & smoke limit < 0.7 ] remove emissions from the engine exhaust for reducing emissions, first fill up of lube oil and coolant including suitable No and capacity of batteries alongwigh PCC foundation as per manufacturers instruction , Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricted base frame with AVM pads. Acoustic Enclousure shall meet Mo EF / CPCB norms of 75 dB@ 1 Mtr at 75% load. complete all as specified.

Microprocessor based controller for generator set monitoring, metering and control system with LED display, AMF function, electronic governor. Engine metering : Oil pressure, engine temperature, stanting battery voltage, engine running hours, AC Alternator metering : L - L voltage, and L - N voltage, current, KVA, frequency, kwh, PF etc. Engine Protection : - Low lube oil pressure, high / low coolent temperature, battery high / low / weak volts, fail to crank / start sensor failure, cranking lockout, low fuel level. AC alternator protection : - Over / under voltage, over / under frequency, loss of AC sensing, over speed, over current, KW overload.

ALTERNATOR:- Self exciting, self regulating brush less alternator conforming to IS/ IEC 60034-1 rated for 320 KVA continuous at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with advance electric voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy within +1 % with class 'H' insulation and coupled with engine though flexible coupling and comforming to IS : 4722.

AMF PANEL : Supply installation, commissioning & testing for AMF control panel, with 12 volts DC system suitable for 320 KVA DG set, with and including internal wiring , floor mounted type, totally enclosed made out of MS CRCA sheet, 2 mm thick and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour over a of coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be of suitable shap/ size & design as approved by Engr- in charge.

Civil Works : [i] As per manufacturer's instruction, All type of civil work like foundation, base plate with anti-vibration pad of Make: Dunlop or equivalent ISI marked engine and alternator and shock vibration absorption material including PCC plateform [1:2:4] type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate and brick work in CM 1:4 all around the foundation including finishes all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for resting of DG set and sound proof enclosures. [ii] Rates of PCC Foundation will be measured as per respective item of Sch A. Note:- [i] DG Set as mentioned in item Ser No 01 along with Alternator, Control & Meeting Circuit and AMF Panel with detailed technical specification, wiring, circuit diagram duly indicating various spares [makes/capacity] along with bill of materials will be got approved from the Accepting officer before placing order to the firm.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure / panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I [2009] and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long, complete in addition to item No. 1 [a] to [e] of preamble [Notes] under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part-II.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 185 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 240 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down old LT Cables of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC [Double Wall Corrugated] HDPE Pipe and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of Outer dia of 110mm and Inner dia 95mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings, pilasters, buttresses, columns, pillars, boundary pillars, posts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI tubing of 100 mm bore, medium grade conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work and excavation will be measured and paid separately.
