Servicing of DG Set 100 KVA Make- Mahindra Model MPower -41265G, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly , air cleaner assy, lub oil hose flexible pipe , hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size , make and capacity of parts . Cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge.

Half yearly servicing of DG Set 125 KVA Make - Kirloskar Model 6R 1080 TA, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability , taking down defective parts such as checking all parts for serviceablity, taking down defective parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lub oil hose flexible pipe, hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts , cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Half yearly servicing of DG Set 180 KVA Make - Cummins Model 6CTA-83-201, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability , taking down defective parts such as checking all parts for serviceablity, taking down defective parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lub oil hose flexible pipe, hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts , cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO 01 TO 02 (i) Spare / filters shall be measured and paid separetaley under sucessive item. (ii) Servicing of DG Sets shall be got carried out by the contractor by and rough OEM or OEM appointed / authorised agency / agent as approved by GE (iii) Gurantee for servicing of DG Set shall be for six months and for spares shall two years. (iv) Spares, only of OEM shall be incorporated.

Half yearly servicing of DG set 750 KVA (SM Nos-276/6060-DG/13 & 276/6061-DG/13) 1000 KVA (MES No- 788/6072/DG/15) Make Cummins Model : KTA 38-G5 with 'C' check as specified by manufacturer . The following items of work shall be carried out by contractor as per 'C' Check kit:

(a) Replacement of entire engine oil after draining the existing old burnt engine incl cleaning the entire sump thoroughly. (b) Replacement of lubricating oil filter element with new lubricating oil filter element with filter element with 'O' ring and new rectangular seal on the pilot located on lub pump with accessories such as mounting bolt and washer after taking down existing. (c) Replacement of super lub oil by pass filter element with new super lub oil by pass filter element and ring sealing after down existing. (d) Replacement of fuel filter element with new fuel filter element and new 'O' ring after taking down existing. (e) Replacement of gasket rocker lever with new gasket rocker lever cover-12 Nos. (f) Replacement of nut regular hexagon type with new nut regular hexagon type- 12 Nos. (g) Replacement of screw slotted set with new screw slotted set- 12 Nos. (h) Replacement of elemental air filter Part No. 4020552 and 4020551- 02 set. (j) Cleaning of breather. NOTE: (i) 'C' check and maint shall be carried out by authorised representative of original manufacturer of DG Set.

Cleaning surface of DG sets, fuel tank and LT panel thoroughly, preparing surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and as directed. (1010/750/100/180/125 KVA).

Taking down diesel from fuel tanks and filling in barrel carefully, opening drain valve, cleaning fuel tank thoroughly internally from bottom and walls including top of fuel tank.Refilling fuel tank with existing diesel stacked at site checking anf plugging leakage, if observed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing defective PVC transparent flexible pipe of 10 mm dia approximate length 1 RM and replacing the same with same size of PVC pipe of superior quality, tighting the same with two Nos of jublee clips on both ends, preparing surface 3'' wide along pipe the black synthetic enamel paint and writning numbers to indicate every 20 Ltrs measurement with 10 mm high and 2 mm thick letter writing in white paint with arrow marking complete all as specified and as directed.

Battery Lead of size 35 Sq mm copper single core flexible wire FR PVC insulated with thimble providing complete all as specified and as directed.

Battery 180AH , 12 Volt model tubular plate as per manufacturer catalogue inclding making connection for satisfaction including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide/Cummins/Kirloskar Note- Old battery deposited to MES Store

Asbestos rope (heat protectable) of existing size for exhaust hose/fume circulate pipe including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of self starter after taking down the same from DG Sets, transporting to workshop, opening the same and replacing the defective parts/winding including testing after repair/ servicing and refixing in original position complete all as specified and as directed.

DC power supply with calibering 10% ± 24 Volt 14 Amp with cooling fan arrangemennt, three output arrangement suitable for 2x12 Volt input supply 220 Volt supply DG set of same size and capacity as per existing place and including making accessories as per manufacturer including making connection for satisfaction including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Over hauling ACB for 750 KVA/1010 KVA DG set of 1600 Amp/1250 Amp after isolating the electric supply, opening ACB Checking fix and movable contacts, cleaning all contacts and ENTIRE panel internally with air blower to remove dust and other particles, of ACB , checking movable mechanism for efficient functioning including minor spares parts as required at site , applying petrolium jelly on contacts of ACB panel complete and as directed.

Servicing of AMF panel of DG set upto 750 KVA/1010 KVA capacity for smooth functioning of the same with renewal/repairs of AMF panel wiring, control timer, engine starting relay, contact point relay, HRC fuse 4-10 Amps etc complete for DG sets installed at pump house and CMDC area under AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Radiotar assembly of 100/125/180/750KVA DG set transporting the same to local market, opening connection and descaling radiator tubes with acid and water, determining the leak/puncher in radiotar tubes, arresting the leak by brazing/gas welding and repairing the radiator for any other defect including cleaning the entire radiator assembly for efficient functioning to transfer the heat, transporting and refixing at original position including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking of DG Set (100/125/180/750/1010 KVA) once in a month by checking the functioning of lubricating system, cooling system, air intake system, Fuel supply system, Exhaust system, engine related checking, checking of prime mover all as illustrated below for follow up and after checking bringing it to normal functioning position of the DG set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Lubricating system: Checking of Leakages, Engine oil level, operation of oil heater, Hydraulic governor oil level, Pressure gauges, by pass filter and Engine oil

Cooling System: Checking of leakage, for radiator air restriction, operation of cooling level, anti freeze and concentration of coolant,Belt condition and tension, hub drive pulley and water pump.

Air Intake System: Checking of leakages, air cleaner restriction, piping and connection, crank case breather and air cleaner element.

Fuel supply system: Fuel line connection, drain sediments from tank, change fuel filter, clean float tank breather and fuel injection pump , adjust injection and valve, governor Iinkage, all the fuel line leakages.

Exhaust System: Checking of exhaust manifold system and insulation exhaust mufflers.

Prime mover: Checking of vibration damper, crank shaft end plug, tightening of nuts and bolts,grease fan pillow block bearing, air inlet and outlet for restriction binding and electrical connection for unusual vibration.

Electrical wiring system: Checking of battery charging system, battery water level, battery terminal,specific gravity of electrolite and battery charging unit.

Oil pressure gauge including pressure gauge sensor and taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Siemens, Pricol.
