Taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan dismantling of blades, transportation to work shop and carrying out rewinding, transportation to site, reinstallation and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Rewinding will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep by dismantling of fan motor cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning, winding with supper enameled copper wire of superior quality, same gauge of wire, same Nos of turns, provn of insulation paper applying of varnish drying of varnish and assembling of fan including replacement gun metal bush, ball bearing where ever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F commissioning and testing blower motor as per sample of water cooler of capacity 150/80/60 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L complete servicing of water cooler by cleanning of coils with caustic soda, removal of rust from sheet metal frame, cleaning of tank and checking of water connection and fixing in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for detecting the gas leakage, rectifying the defects vacumizing and charging fresh Gas and commissioning and testing the Water cooler of 80/150 Liters Capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing & testing fan blade of motor for Water Cooler of 60/120 Ltrs Capacity including removing old fan blade (As per sample of the existing water cooler blade) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & lay flexible PVC insulated 3 core 4 Sqmm with copper conductor cable suitable for indoor unit to outdoor unit for deep freezer, water cooler, Desert cooloer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC connecting pipe of dia 12 mm with brass nuts and washers at both ends of length not exc. 60 cms for connection of water coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60 cmx 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of nut,bolts and check nut and washer,GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm dia. upto 7.5 m,GI watering pipe 20 mm dia,RCC cover with funnel,excavation in any type of soil,PCC pit charcoal ,salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including earth test point up to pannel board, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall/ceiling in batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed on poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
