M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 900 x 600 x 400 mm made out of MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick, powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos with one No. 360 amps 36 KA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection, Sliding bolt to be fixed for locking arrangements including stand made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6 fixed in PCC (1:2:4) foundations complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 900 x 600 x 400 mm made out of MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick, powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos with one No. 160 amps 25 KA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection, Sliding bolt to be fixed for locking arrangements including stand made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6 fixed in PCC (1:2:4) foundations complete all as specfied and directed.

(Note: Size of sheet metal enclosure and bus bar size as recommed by manufacturer minimum size 300x 160 x 250 mm )Make : CT NO.SLPBTP63 of DVEPL or equivalent in any of the make of panel mentioned in list of products.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder piller outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement) for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of copper strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault level at 415 Volts having legs 105cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (block size 30cmx30cmx60cm) upto 45 cms pannel should be 60 cms above the Ground Level.Comprising the following : (i) The panel shall be front operated with independent side cable cabin for entry and out going from the bottom with cable glands. (ii) Fabrication of feeder piller box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 60cms

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (NIL). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
