M&L for servicing of Indoor unit & Outdoor unit of Split type AC of 1.5 tonne capacity by taking out the same from existing location, cleaning, dusting, brushing, checking and rectify electrical conections, condenser, cooling coil and other components with cooling coil rinse solution without damage in any part and re-install at the same location and clean water with water pressure gun, greasing of fan , motor, blower including acid/detergent foam type wash etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of Window type AC of 1.5 tonne capacity by taking out the same from existing location, cleaning of condenser, cooling coil and other components with cooling coil rinse solution and clean water with water pressure gun, greasing of fan, motor, brushing cleaning with blower including acid/detergent foam type wash etc without damage any part and re-install at the same location, complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for finding out the leakage, the pressure test of the condenser of cooling coil of window type AC/split type AC of 1.5 ton and dismantling the same for repair the leakage point by brazing/ soldering including charging the gas R-22 ,R-32, R-410 and testing the AC to the complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 above but split type AC of 2.0 ton.

M&L in repair for taking out unserviceable sealed unit (compressor) 1.5 ton capacity, single phase, 230 volt of models as existing and replacing the same with new sealed unit (compressor) including necessary modification of the foundation as required to suit the compressor, vacuumizaation, pressure , testing, leaking, rectification including gas charging R-22,R-32 ,R-410 and testing complete to the complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in LT UG cable any size with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in LT cable of length not less than 50 RM, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item. (b) Charges of cable fault locator including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 500/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. M&L for surface cleaning of LT electric panel (cubicle type ,size not less than 900 x 900 x 600 mm (approx) as per existing) installed at different location in the Station including scrubbing /rubbing (old paint) all body surface to get all foreign particals removed off and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour ) over a coat of metal primer (red oxide primer ) and disconnecting of all electrical connection like bas bar, CTs,MCCBs and all wirings,equipments and refix ( reconnection) with new Gun metal nut,bolt and washer complete with new copper lead wiring complete all as specified and directed.
