Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing/ barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq.m but n.exc 4 sq.m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregateas in floor, including rough finished with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over stone dust filling complete all as specified and directed..( Cost of sand will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for proving cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stops, round on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, boundary pillars and post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bands, straps, supports or stays or rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type .complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for chain link fencing of size 40mm X 75 mm mesh size and 4 mm of wire diameter including line wires and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, provission of binding wire etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for round bars of 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in nib of fencing post, spacers and bindersaii complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair) MS sheet 0.80 mm thick plain black in steel gates and similar works, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window s with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay complete with glaxing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast blocks.

Hacking out old broken glasses of any description and in any position from wooden/steel frames fixed with oil putty or beads etc. and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sheet glass, 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or beadings in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description ,over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
