Replacement to damaged/wornout parts of 63KVA Electrical Transformer along with other allied works at LIS Datriyal.
Job includes dismantling of the 63KVA transformer from HT and LT connections, lifting and lowering of the transformer from the platform on the ground with help of crane and manual labour at LIS Datriyal and then shifting of the transformer to the workshop with help of mechanical transport. Job also includes opening of the top cover and taking out the old burnt/damaged copper coils from the casing of the transformer and then providing and fixing of new Aluminium HV coils-12No.s & LV coils-03nos. Job also includes removal of old damaged HT Bushes-03nos. & LT Bushes-04nos, damaged insulation, rubber gasket & providing and fixing of sundry items, new bush rods. Gaskets, internal insulation sleeves and tapping & then lowering of coils inside the sump of the transformer. Job also includes providing and filling of fresh transformer oil (approx.80lts). Re-fixing the top cover with nuts and bolts of appropriate size and then loading and back shifting of transformer from workshop to site by means of mechanical transport and then mounting it on the platform with the help of crane, fitting at the appropriate place and then making connections on the HT and LT lines. Job also includes providing and fitting of aluminum thimbles on LT cables, testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections. Complete job includes cost of material including rebate on old aluminium and other material, labour charges, tools & tackles charges required during the execution of repair works of the transformer and hiring charges of the crane. Also Replacement to the damaged components of the 63KVA voltage stabilizer of LIS Datriyal by way of disconnecting all the electrical connections of the stabilizer both on LT transformer side and LT distribution panel side by way of removing rusted thimbles along with nuts and bolts. Shifting of the stabilizer to the nearest roadside by manual head load and loading of the same in the transport vehicle for further carriage to the workshop by employing hydraulic crane and manual labour at site. Replacement of the damaged components of the voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of removing its top cover for extraction of inner assembly from the casing sump. Providing and fitting of new 02no.s copper coils in place of damaged/burnt coils of requisite size and specifications, new insulation material and nuts/bolts, varnishing drying in hot air circulation. Lowering of the coils inside the casing. Also replacement to the damaged components of 2no.s rotor switches assemblies by providing/fitting of new set of brass bush rods for all individual phases on LT side. The job involves draining out the old transformer oil from the stabilizer and heating to de-moisturize it completely. Filling the heat treated transformer oil back into stabilizer and also providing/topping with 50 litres of fresh transformer oil. Providing and fitting of new top cover gasket, nuts/bolts and complete reassembling of the stabilizer at workshop. Shifting back the voltage stabilizer to the site. Unloading at site by employing hydraulic crane/manual labour and shifting by manual head load into the pump room. Reinstallation of the voltage stabilizer in the pump room by fixing all the electrical connections, providing/fitting of new thimbles, nuts/bolts. Testing of the 63 KVA voltage stabilizer on partial load and then on full load at site. Complete job including cost of materials, rebate on account of old copper scrap, skilled/semi skilled labour charges, hydraulic crane, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job.
