Replacement of panel boards in PH I switch room of AAICLAS at Integrated Air Cargo Complex Meenambakkam Chennai

Relocating of all sizes of cables removing from exist cable tray and relaying for connection of Inside Integrated Air Cargo Complex as directed by Engineer-in-Charge on cable tray.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade of following size of armoured Aluminium conductor PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable as per IS 1551(Part I) 1988/IS-7098 (Part I) 1985 respectively with up to date amendments .

3.5 X 35 Sq.mm cable

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

300mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

SITC of 630 A, 4P, 415 V change over switch on suitable angle and frame work with two incoming and one outgoing connection including Frame work for mounting on wall with all connection etc., as required

Dismantling of all type of panel boards

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
