HYDRO-MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS

(Trash Rack for Intake Weir): Supply of factory pre-fabricated Trash Rack of Size 8.3 m X 0.7 m (fixed type) for Intake Weir conforming to IS 2062:2006, Grade-E250 and as per approved drawing. It includes Steel work (Steel flat of 50 mm X 12 mm with clear spacing of 25 mm in steel angle frame of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) in single section with two coats of Zinc rich primer applied and two coat of Coal Tar Epoxy applied over primer.

(Inlet Sluice Gate for Intake Chamber): Supply of MS gate with MS channel (65 x 65 mm) frame and shutter with 12 mm thick MS plate fixed & fitting with MS angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm) i/c 32 mm dia. spindle, wheeled handle etc. of frame size 4.22 m x 0.8 m and opening size 1.7 m x 0.8 m as per approved drawing and includes pre-applying of two coat of Zinc rich primer and two coat of Coal Tar Epoxy applied over at the Supplied Item at factory.

(Outlet Sluice Gate for Intake Chamber): Supply of MS gate with MS channel (65 x 65 mm) frame and shutter with 12 mm thick MS plate fixed & fitting with MS angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm) i/c 32 mm dia. spindle, wheeled handle etc. of frame size 3.92 m x 1.2 m and opening size 1.2 m x 1.2 m as per approved drawing and includes pre-applying of two coat of Zinc rich primer and two coat of Coal Tar Epoxy applied over at the Supplied Item at factory.

(Flush Pipe for Intake Chamber): Supply of MS flush pipe (ERW) of 300 mm dia., 6 mm thick & 12 m lenth conforming to IS:3589.

(Sluice Valve for flushing pipe of Intake Chamber, Desilting Tank & Forebay Tank): Supply of Heavy Duty CI (IS 210 FG-200) Sluice Valve of 300 mm dia. as per IS:14856 PD:2000, Thickness 6 mm, Non-Rising Type SS-410 Spindle & Gunmetal Working Parts, Handwheel Operated, Flanged ends drilled to IS 1538 with Matching M.S. Companion (2 nos.) Flanges, Bolt, Nut & Rubber Gasket. Test Pressure: Body-18kg/cm2 Seat-12kg/cm2

(Flanges for Sluice Valves): Supply of M.S. flange made by 25mm M.S plate suitable for 300 mm dia. Suice valve (I.D) with necessary hole as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.

(Flush Pipe for Desilting Tank): Supply of MS flush pipe (ERW) of 300 mm dia., 6 mm thick & 100 m lenth conforming to IS:3589.

(Trash Rack for Desilting Tank): Supply of factory pre-fabricated Trash Rack (fixed type) at the mouth of silt flusing pipes at Desilting Tank conforming to IS 2062:2006, Grade-E250 as per size provided in approved drawing. Material construction should be of steel flat of 30 mm X 10 mm in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coat of Zinc rich primer and two coat of Coal Tar Epoxy applied over primer.

(Penstock Pipe): Supplying of Spirally welded main penstock pipe of 500 mm inner dia., 6 mm thick measuring 350.00 m length and 500 mm inner dia., 8 mm thick measuring 150.00 m length plus 2 Nos. of branch penstock pipe of 350 mm inner dia., 8 mm thick measuring 10.00 m length conforming to IS:11625-(1986) (Reaffirmed 2001): Criteria for Hydraulic Design of Penstocks.

(Y- Piece Penstock Pipe): Supply of 20 mm thick Y-Piece penstock pipe reducer from 500 (ID) to 2 x 350 mm (ID) conforming to IS:11625-(1986) (Reaffirmed 2001): Criteria for Hydraulic Design of Penstocks.

(Expansion Joint for Penstock Pipe): Supply of ISCON Flexible Expansion Joint conforming to IS 210 FG-200, 516 mm (OD), Flanged ends drilled to IS 1538 with Matching M.S. Companion Flanges (2 nos.) Rubber Gasket, Bolt & Nut.

(Pressure Release Valve): Supply of PRV designed for 120 m gross head pressure complete with all necessary accessories included.

(Saddle Sheet for Saddle Blocks): Supply of Saddle sheet with necessary fittings & accessories for 516 mm diameter (OD) penstock pipe at Saddle Blocks.

(Bell Mouth for Penstock Pipe): Manufacturing, supplying & fitting of CI Bell Mouth of 600 mm X 500 mm dia (ID) as per IS:1538 Table-20 duly machined and drilled. Pressure load as per IS 2906 & IS 780 with flange at end for penstock pipe connection.

(Air Vent): Supply of MS Air Vent pipe 150 mm dia. & 6m length.

CARTAGE OF ABOVE HYDRO-MECHANICAL ITEMS

Cost of Haulage i/c Loading & Unloading of above Hydro-Mechanical Equipments upto project site @ 10 Tonne capacity per trip. (From Banderdewa to Palin = 162 Km, Palin to Bogu = 80 Km & Bogu to Project Site by Head Load = 0.89 Km)

COMPLETE ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF ABOVE HYDRO-MECHANICAL ITEMS

Complete erection/installation of all Hydro-Mechanical Items supplied, which includes laying, cutting, fabricating, jointing (by gas welding) etc. with all necessary tests ensuring satisfactory performance of the equipments.

PAINTING OF PENSTOCK PIPES

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on outer surface of steel penstock pipe.

Painting two or more coats with black anti-corrosive bituminoustic paint of approved brand and manufacture on outer surface of steel penstock pipe to give an even shade.
