Amount

Surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and not exceeding 30cm deep and getting out including removing same to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, depositing in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth etc and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth not exceeding 10 Sqm in plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand as in cushioning and covering in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for laid in trenches for LT cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes horizontally for laying not less than 50mm pipe (minimum depth 0.75 mtr from top level and not exceeding 10.00 mtr in a single length) under the road pavement, hardstanding using trenchless technology complete all as directed. Note: Cost of accessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
