The Mandating satisfactorily completion as a prime contractor for at least any construction work of value not less than Rs.20.23 Lakhs

Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1) RCC/PCC 104.00 Cum 2) TMT Steel 8.10 Tonne 3) Painting 135.00 Sqm 4) Ceramic Tiles / Vitrified Tiles / Granite Flooring/dadoing 202.00 Sqm 5) Solid Concrete Blocks Wall / Brick Masonry 324.00 Sqm 6) Plastering 790.00 Sqm

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works issued by KPWD/Government electrical Inspectorate and should have executed similar electrical works totalling Rs. 2.12 Lakhs in any one year in the last Five year.

The Tenderer or his identified sub contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works issued by BWSSB/KUWS&DB and should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works totalling Rs. 1.40 Lakhs in any one year in the last Five year.

KPWD Class-III & Above Civil Contractor

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity- (AxNx5.0-B) where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B-Value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 months

GST Registration Certificate

The tenderer should have been Achieved in at least One financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of value Rs. 80.89 lakhs. In the last five year i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 24.27 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,)
