Construction of godown with watch tower for infrastructure work at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Angul for the year 2025-26 under DMF (Civil, EI, PH)

Part-A (Civil Work) Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in all kind of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

RCC M20 having compressive strength of 20mpa, target mean strength of 30mpa, for150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-212000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 20mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality and from approved quarry & other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering & form works for providing smooth & water tight surface, hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 30 cm. compacted thickness, compacting with mechanical vibrators true to lines, grades as per drawing & technical specifications, watering & curing for 28 days including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all leads & lift, cost of all labour T&P, including labour cess but excluding GST & equipment required for mixing, transporting & placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing & curing including all incidental expenses complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire & labour charges for bending binding & tying the grills Column footing

Supplying, cutting, straightening the bent up M.S. Rods or Tor steel, using SAIL / TATA / RINL / JINDAL STEEL / SHYAM STEEL (grade Fe 5OOD} etc. including bending, binding, welding jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing required no of fan hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including basic cost, conveyance of all M.S. Tor steel and binding wires of 18· to 20 gauge as required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge (First Floor)
