Excavation of foundation in MKR and Kankar Mix soil including lift up to 1.50m and lead up to 30m including filling watering, ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches with all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work with all taxes.

Providing and injecting chemical for pre-construstinal anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the coloum pits wall trenches basement excavatin top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external per meter of binding expansion jonits surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete. ( plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS 6313 ( part 2013) IMIDCALOPRID SC 30.5 concentarte or any other approved material such as hepthachlor of chlordane will be used . The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. with all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work with all taxes.

25mm wide 2.8 to 3.7mm thick Glass Fanti with all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work with all taxes.

2cm (3/4'') thick cement plaster in dedo or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement and 2 part of approved course sand laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8'') floating coat of neat cement and amrble dust in ratio 5:1 i/c supply of materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.with all taxes but excluding GST.

Supply of MS angle iron door , window ventilation frame made of approved angle iron wrought to required drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also i/c supply of all material , such as steel hinges of required size , nuts and bolts etc. and also i/c all taxes , wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge for proper completion of work at site of work. with all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work with all taxes.

supply and fixing of 4cm (1 1/2'') thick c.p. Teak door and window shutter with 1 cm thick ply wood or pressed wood panels and fixing c.p. Teak wood cleats and atops and i/c fixing and adjustment of hinges , bolts, locks, handles, springs and or other fittings but excluding painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fittings, if necessary, fittings with necessary screws to be supplied departmentlly with all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work with all taxes.
