M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 as in foundation (post hole), filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel Rolled sections as in column, vertical posts, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe- 410-W) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses, tubular rafters, stanchions and purlins trusses, tubular pipe sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes necessary welding, bolting special shaped washer, clamps, cleats conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ 'J' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing ncluding cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new ateel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width of girth, not otherwise described apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), as in ordinary rock including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all type of soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.
