Laying of Un armoured control cables (LHLS/Co-Axial/Rubber/ ETFE/FS/Thermocouple extension/PEEK etc.) on light channel/conduit/cable tray in following sizes including Loading/unloading of cable drum from stores, supply of clamps, spacer, fastening hardware and any other items required (Cabling between sensors to FJBs/Field panels and FJBs/ Field panels to MJBs).

Glanding of Un-armoured cable by using nickel plated brass double compression cable glands (This does not include supply of cable Glands)

Installation of hot dipped galvanized GI rigid/flexible conduit in following sizes including installation of all accessories like 2/3/4 way boxes, bends, elbows, couplers saddles, spacers, etc. and other accessories required to complete the job on wall/ ceiling, including colour marking at suitable distance for identification of system.

Cutting, Fabrication, Installation & Clamping of GI sheet of 1 mm to 2 mm thick on over filled cable trays wherever already fabricated cable tray cover are not fitting properly. The rates shall includes supply of aluminium strip/flat of 25x2 mm thick size from which clamps shall be fabricated to suit site conditions.

Loading, Unloading, Shifting and Installation of Junction Boxes (JBs)/ wall mounted racks/LCPs (Maximum Size 805x725x210mm) including Shifting, assembly and installation of terminal blocks, including installation of MS brackets/supports by Hilti bolt/anchoring or welding supply of welding material, fastening hardware or Hilti bolt/anchor.

Loading, Unloading, Shifting and Installation of Field panels/Racks (Size 2200x800x900mm) on floor including installation of supports/brackets/base frame by welding/anchoring Hilti bolt including supply of welding material or Hilti bolt/anchor.

Cleaning, fabrication and laying of copper tube of size Up to 12mm OD, on light channels, spacers or on MS brackets including the supply of fastening hardware and tube clamps.

Termination of Copper tube of size up to 12mm OD by installation of brass compression fittings.( A Union shall be counted as 2 nos. of swaged joints)

Cleaning, fabrication and laying of SS tube of size Up to 12mm OD, on light channels, spacers or on MS brackets including the supply of fastening hardware and tube clamps

Termination of SS tube of size up to 12mm OD by installation of brass compression fittings.( A Union shall be counted as 2 nos. of swaged joints)

Excavation of cable trench including blasting if required up to size 200 mm x 500 mm including back filling after laying of cables and compacting. Whenever roads are cut, the same shall be normalized. It includes supply and filling of sands into 100 mm layers all along the trench and over the cable and supply and laying of A grade backed bricks longitudinally all along the trench and over the cable and install cable markers.

Supply of Multi mode LC-LC 2m long duplex OFC patch cord as details mentioned in Technical specification.

Supply of STP CAT-6A patch cords (1mtr length) as detailed in technical specifications.

Supply of Ferrule/PVC Sleeve printing machine for Control wires tagging along with 50 nos of Black colour printer cartridges

Supply of various sizes of 10mm & 12 mm OD Brass Tube fittings as details mentioned in Technical specification.

Supply of various sizes of 6mm, 10mm & 12 mm SS Tube fittings as detailed in Technical specifications.

Supply of various sizes of double compression weatherproof brass cable glands duly nickel plated as per BS EN 62444 / BS 6121 & IP 66 suitable for un-armoured cables.
