Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) punned thickness in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old laid dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE LT Cable of size 240 Sq mm 3½ core insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways, hard standing & pole coping make smooth including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 50 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.Note - Excavation to be paid separately in respective items.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 40 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.Note - Excavation/PCC cutting to be paid separately in respective items.

Material and labour for repairs end jointing kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core upto 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm UG cable including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs end jointing kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core upto 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm UG cable including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs end jointing kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core upto 240 sqmm to 185 sqmm UG cable including testing complete all as specified and directed. .

Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incomming/outgoing controls including cleaning, greasing the hinges, locking arrangement, checking the seviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the wornout fastners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gakets etc all as directed Note:- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium earth strip of size 25 x 3 mm in ground not exceeding 40 cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Copper earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI earth strip of size 25 x4 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out the burnt out existing cable and reconnecting by providing new lugs,tapes etc for cable upto 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .Note - Excavation work for use to loop of existing cable shall be includes in quoted rates.

All as per item No 31 above but for cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm.

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supplying, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9.00 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1998 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Steel tubular pole shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the cost for painting items shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Suppy and fix PVC spacers 4way for LT OH line 1100 volts grade with necessary screw nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as a preventive arrangment to existing system including removal of unservicable spcers complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arm such as MS channel /angle section etc complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, undergrowth, roots and trees up to 50 cm girth from the area surrounding of E/M installations, under HT&LT over head lines, 4/2 pole structures, transforemer, installations, yards, surrounding valve chambers and removing the rubbish upto a distance 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance and dressing the area etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Anti climbing devices: Comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately).

Supply and fixing danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size

M&L for mild steel chequered plate 6 mm thick including cutting fabricated cold or hot welding at site drilling holes nuts - bolt and washers etc including angle iron 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm thick for mounting of MS sheet cover dully painted with black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer and as directed. including breaking of existing duct for grouting of angle iron, and making good PCC of the existing duct at water supply installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for block masonary transformer platform of size 2.0 mtr x 2.0 mtr with height 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below GL consisting of cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC block masonary 1:3:6 in CM (1:4), moorum filling and consolidating inside the block masonery work, 100 mm thick sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100 mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 & 15 mm plaster on side walls in 1:4 CM incl two coats of white wash and providing 4 Nos supporting channel of ISMC 100 of 2.0 Mtr long made of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A , shifting the transformer to New plateform and dismantling the old plateform of transformer and making good as per existing in yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note - cost of Disconnecting & reconnecting of transformer and Tools Crane for shfting of any capacity transformer shall be includes in qouted rates of items.

Dismantling transformer step down out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA by disconnecting incomig /outgoing cables and ACSR jumpers, opening top end of the unit by unscrewing nuts/bolts washers and shifting to other location/same and reconnected the same as avobe , make funtional testing complete all as directed .Note :- Labour charge and provision of mobile crane unit for lifting /loading of the transfromer at one site to other site will be includes in items qouted rate.

Supply and spreading stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glowsign board made of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) lighting glow type 540 GSM printed flex,rectangular shape of size 16 feet x 3 feet with 150 mm thicknes with MS framing made with square pipe in double sided powder qouted 24 gauge coated GI sheet, backside 26 gauge GI sheet, provide electric wiring with PVC copper wire 2.5 sq mm and 6 Nos 20W LED light fitting complete all as specification Note- (i) Provide name, History of E/M instalation as per approval by GE and cost to be included in qouted rates.

M&L for Retro Sign board with MS structure, 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP) retro print double sided in rectangular shape of size 3 feet x 2 feet framing made with MS frame with MS square pipe leg for mounting of Board to be provide in height of 1.5 mtr and grouted in PCC complete all as specification Note- (i) Provide name, History of E/M instalation as per approval by GE and cost to be included in qouted rates. (ii) Earth and PCC work shall be paid in respective items.
