The work of erection of 11 KV HT Lines, 25 KVA Sub-Stations on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles with ACSR Weasel Conductor/PVC Cable for electrification of 06 Nos. PAYJAL YOJANAS in various villages/places as SAMAGARA-01 (NEAR PRIMARI SCHOOL) (BABERU), SAMAGARA-02 (IN YIELD {KHET ME}) (BABERU), SAMAGARA-03 (NEAR BARAT GHAR) (BABERU), SANDI-2 (NEAR SHRI SUKHLAL NISHAD S/O SHRI RAGHURAJ'S FIELD) (BABERU), CWR-III GUDHAKALAN (RAMPURWA-PANI KI TANKI PARISHAR) (NARAINI), CWR-I GUDHAKALAN (NARAINI) etc. under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME YEAR 2019-20 as per Passed Package No. 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 & 64/BR/FD/2019-20 under EDD, BANDA, including safe carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site and work site to E.S.C., BANDA, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends, details of the work as given below :-
Safely cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles
Safely cartage of line material
Erection & grouting of single/double pole structure on following poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.
Single Support Structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles
Double Pole Structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles
Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.
Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. Including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
Laying, Sagging & Stringing of ACSR Wease Conductor of all the 3 Phase with proper binding of conductor with insulator fixing of clamps, jumpering & jointing of conductor (where necessary) as laid down in RESSPO schedule.
Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of PVC Cable 4x35 mm2 on the newly erected D/P structures as per direction of supervising engineer/ RESSPO manual.
Fixing of Danger Board with fitting of all acessories as per RESSPO manual.
Safely cartage of 25 KVA Capacity Transformer complete
Installation of 25 KVA Capacity Transformer complete on the newly erected double pole structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.
Fixing of Guarding Agnle for guarding of 11 KV line with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
Fixing of Top Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
Fixing of Dropper Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
Fixing of T-Off Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
