Job contract for operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations at VOR Station ACS Gulbarga including carrying out the preventive & breakdown maintenance, attending electrical faults, including DG set Operation, as per AAI requirements, special conditions and scope of work on round the clock basis continuously in all days including Sundays and holidays, and maintaining necessary records/documents as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Job contract for operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations including carrying out the preventive maintenance in Terminal Buildings, ATS Tower, Power House, Fire station, All roads and Perimeter lightings, including DG operation, Pump operation and other ancillary buildings, including minor additions & alterations daily on round the clock basis as directed by Engineer-in-charge including weekly off days, sundays & holidays as per the special conditions enclosed.

Hiring of Serial Lights on Terminal Building and ATC Tower for on celebration of Republic dat/Independence Day/ AAI annuals day. Job involves Hiring of LED serial lighting (600 sets each consisting 50 lights) laying, fixing and satisfactorily monitoring the lighting system by providing sufficient manpower for a period of 02 days and removing the same lighting after completion of Republic Day/Independence Day/ AAI annuals day celebration including transportation charges and labour charges etc complete as required as per the directions of Engineer-incharge. (When ever is required.)

Testing and calibration of all makes & types of protective relays by secondary injection method by the licensed testing laboratory / firm at site including hire, to and fro transportation charges of testing equipment and accessories and complete as required.(Earth leakage Relay/ Under & Over Voltage Relay/Aux Relay/ Over Current & Earth Fault Relay )

Servicing of LT Air circuit Breakers (Schneider make) once in six months at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required.

Servicing of HT Vacuum Circuit breakers (Vyoma make) at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required.

Servicing of Cast Resin T/F HT Circuit breakers of Kirloskar make at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 2 no's ASR ( Auto Synchronising relay ) of at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer including spare ASR (pre programmed) at site as per site requirement and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required.

Execution of scheduled items of internal and external works as per DSR 2018 as per site requirements as directed by Engineer-in-charge. i) If bidder to quote at par with DSR 2018,rate coloum to be filled as 5,00,000/- ii) If bidder to quote 10% above with DSR 2018,rate coloum to be filled as (5,00,000 + 50,000 = 5,50,000/-) iii) If bidder to quote 10% below with DSR 2018,rate coloum to be filled as (5,00,000 - 50,000 = 4,50,000/-)
