Supply and fixing armstrong mineral fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with dune (Tegular) edge tiles with armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.5, light reflectance > 85%, thermal conductivity K=0.052-0.057 w/m K, colour white, fire performance UK class 0/ class I (BS 476 pt-6 & 7) in module size of 600x600x16mm, suitable for green building application with recycled content of 32%. The tile shall be laid on armstrong prelude 32 with 24mm wide T section flanges colour white rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200mm & 600mm cross Tees with a web height of 27mm and a load carrying of 7.1 Kgs/sqm and minimum pull strength of 100 Kgs. The T section have galvanising of 90 grams per Sqm and need to be installed with suspension system of armstrong. All accessories manufactured and supplied by armstrong world industries.

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator AC ,3 phase 415 volts 4 wire rated line current for output 160KVA,PF 0.8, 1500 RPM H class insulation enclosure/Screen Protected & Drip Proof self-excited, self-regulated brushless, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled with above engine. (C) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternator assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provided by the manufacturer (D) Base Plate made out of structural steel as per manufacturer 's recommended design/specifications. (C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Provision of an integral type CPCB approved/certified acoustic enclosure(sound/weather proof). It shall be made of 16 SWG or manufacturer's standard norms out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with foam/rockwool or other suitable acoustic material of suitable thickness and perforated sheet of stainless steel as per manufacturer design. The doors and glass window shall be as per manufacturer's design. The base frame shall be of ISMC. It shall also include the following:-

(i) Silencer : Specially designed low noise silencer. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper cable (ISI 694marked) FRLS in conduit and for light and fan point lamp fittings including lamp. (iii) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per OEM recommended with fuel lid having lock facility. (iv) 12V x 180AH maintenance free batteries 1/2 Nos as recommended by manufacturer. (D) Supply and fix outdoor type AMF panel with bus bar rating of 600 ampere including MCCB of 400 Amp, battery charger having float and boost mode with necessary cable connections. Notes : (a) Entire DG Set shall be procured from one of the manufacturer . (b) Operation and maintenance manual, spare parts list overhauling manual shall also be supplied within overall cost quoted. (c) Maintenance chart and manufacturer Instruction shall be displayed on wooden board including catalogue board within overall quoted cost. (d) Foundation for mounting of DG set shall be done as per manufacturer design within overall cost quoted. (e) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provision of blower. (f) FOUNDATION : Cost of PCC foundation as per manufacturer's design /instructions included in cost of quoted rates.

(g). Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by representative of Accepting officer/IEM and cost of testing, FOL etc same is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (h) POL/Fuel for testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel strip or wire armoured electric cable 1100 volt grade (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes/ culvert or along the pole/wall complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50 metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC M-25 cover and angle iron frame complete all as specified. Notes :- (a) The cost of GI strip/ wire from top of earth plate upto 5.00 metre above GL with GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 0.50 metres away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) In case the testing result of earthing work not found satisfactory, the contractor shall have to carry out earthwork at new location and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (d) The earthing work shall be carried out in presence of MES representative detailed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing cable from main panel and making necessary connections in AMF panel complete all as specified and directed

Construction of cable duct having internal width of size 400mm, depth 400mm with brick work and plaster work (1:6 mix) on internal/external surfaces of brickwork ,flooring of duct complete and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm grouted on top for placing of MS chequered plate of 6mm min thickness complete with necessary excavation work, civil work , returning filling work and MS chequered plate 6mm thick with handles to cover cable duct complete all as specified and directed
