Providing, laying, of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe Outer Dia 120 mm Inner Dia 108 mm inside 33/11 KV electrical substation to function as protective conduits for 11 KV output power cables.

Fabrication/Providing/Erecting of standalone Outdoor Type Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) Enclosure of size 0.9M x 1.2M x 0.9M standing height 2 M to accommodate 800A 3-Pole Draw Out/Fixed type ACB with following specifications/features at Lift Water Station Stage 1st of WSS Pokhribal. Configuration: Designed for 3-phase, 415V, 50 Hz low-voltage distribution. Bus Bar: Electrical Grade Aluminum Busbar of size 75x12 mm (2.4 M minimum) with insulators & fasteners. IP Rating: Minimum IP55 weather proof protection to block rain, dust, and moisture. Material: Heavy-duty mild steel (CRCA sheet, 2mm thickness & ISA 40x40x5) with weather-resistant outdoor powder coating in Siemens Grey shade. Mounting: Floor-mounted free-standing design with a rain canopy and ventilation louvers with wire mesh filters. Access: Lockable hinged front & rear doors with neoprene rubber gaskets for tight sealing. Accessories: Indicators, Multi Function Meter (L&T, Schneider), TNC Switch, Local/Remote Selector Switch, Single Pole MCB 6A (06 Nos), Internal Wiring etc.

Providing and fitting of XLPE insulated, 3C x 2.5 sqmm, 1100V grade industrial unarmoured Copper control cable as per IS 7098 between Main Control Panel and the Out Door ACB (Preferred make: Finolex/ Gloster/ Havells/ KEI/ Polycab or equivalent)

• Providing, fabrication, fitting and testing of Electrical Grade Aluminum Busbar of size 50x12 mm (5.5 kg) on the outgoing circuit of 1000A Control Panel of the Lift Station Pokhribal Stage 1st to facilitate the installation of existing 1000A ACB. The job includes cutting, profiling, bending, drilling tapping. And P/F of adequately spaced insulators to provide structural bracing against heavy electromagnetic repulsive forces during a short-circuit fault event.

Providing and crimping of 1000 sqmm Aluminum tube lugs (Dowells/ Action/ or any other reputed make) with tapping, insulation to Aluminum Cable from 1MVA transformer to ACB at Pokhribal Lift Station 2nd.

Providing/Fitting of heavy duty 1000 sqmm corrosion resistant aluminium alloy solderless clamps (bolted type)to Aluminium Cable from 1MVA transformer to ACB at Pokhribal Lift Station 2nd.

P/F of 630 mm sq straight through copper ferrules/lugs for jointing of copper conductor laid between ACB and the Main Control Panel inside the Pump House at Pokhribal Lift Station 2nd.

Providing and crimping of 120sqmm Copper lugs (Dowells/ Action/ or any other reputed make) with tapping, insulation at Pokhribal Lift Station 1st.

P/F single-core 1 mm sq flexible flame-retardant (FR/FRLS) copper cable for providing power supply and interlocking of solenoid valves of 5 cusec VT Pumping units at Pokhribal Lift Station 1st.
