ALUMINIUM PARTITION: Providing and fixing 50-60 micron Powder coated alumimium partition to the required height partly glazed and partly panneled or fully glazed or fully panneled using aluminium section of approved make heavy quality section 3" x 1½ " / or as approved by EIC. The Aluminium section shall be electro statically polyester powder coated/ Satin finish anodizing of approved shade/ colour for bottom, top, middle and vertical rails at required intervals panneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or Ancholam both side pre-laminatd board /glass fixed with sloping aluminium biding around with neoprine gasket glazing with 5 mm forsted/ plain glass of approved make like M/s.Triveni, Shri.Vallabh/J/A/G pilkinten fixed with alumimium channel beeding two way PVC lining/ rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and no rattaling including providing necessary cover mould using suitable alumimium section so as to take care of gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions etc. including providing and fixing necessary fittings as specified and directed. Complete in all respect at specific locations as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

ALUMINIUM DOOR : Providing fixing door frame and shutter side hung /Sliding Door to consist of partly glazed partly panneled with 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain of approved make like M/s. Triveni/Shri Vallabhj/J/A/G pilkinten fixed with two way PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and no rattaling and panneling with 12mm thick nova pan or Ancholam finished on both side using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame Aluminium partitian section will be 50-60 micron Powder coated ,14 guage 100*40mm aluminium section satin finish anodized including P/F push-pull plates handles and of approved make and heavy duty fittings like tower bolts of Archies/Everite make, Mortice lock of Laxmi/Gold locks with keys , hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement hydraulic door closer of Henco/Hyper/Everite make of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed. Item shall be complete in all respect at specific locations as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.With brass cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness
