Manning & operation of electrically operated lift 08 passenger/ 13 passenger (544/ 884Kg) and 1000/ 2000Kgs Goods lift of make - ECE, OTIS,Thyssenkrupp,etc to serve upto G+12 upper floors (Bharani, Sarvana),G+15 floors (Archana), G+14 upper floors (Alakhnanda), G+16 floors (Jyestha & Danistha), 6/8 passenger (408/544/ Kg) capacity of Thyssenkrupp/Escon make to serve upto G+9 upper floors in Rohini, Revati, Kartikeya, Gemini, Viswakarma and Vatsala daily 16 hrs in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including taking care of from any pilfrerage/ theft or damage etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in Bldgs :Bharani, Alakhnanda, Archana,Sarvana, Gemini, Kartikeya, Revati,Rohini, Jyestha, Danistha, Viswakarma and Vatsala bldgs (Total- 12 Nos bldgs) Note :- (i) One lift operator to be employed in each bldg per shift. (ii) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification of antecedence of deployed employees and verified experience certificate only. Pass shall not be granted without submission of proof of well qualified lift operators & experience certificate. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of pass)

(iii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iv) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (v) Rescue Operators shall be trained for rescue passangers of lift by an enlisted OEM / Lift maintenance contractor / Lift maintenance having approval lift licence issued by lift inspector of PWD and certificate for the same be submitted with proposal for passes. (vi) Lift operator shall be available with lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (viii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (ix) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) (x) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable according to latest labour laws /act & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xi) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xii) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest labour laws and act alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xiii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable.

Repair/maintenacne of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts:- Note : - (i) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (ii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department.(iii) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday.(iv) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell:Location- Kartikeya, Gemini, Revati and Rohini - 04 Nos lift

All as per item No 2 above here in before but 06 PS (408 Kgs) capacity of ECE/Escon/Thyssenkrup in building : Rohini, Revati, Gemini, Kartikaya (G+9 upper floor) 04 Nos lift

Replacement of old unserviceable hall push button assembly with new hall push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LP / LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing control / electric system including cutting of wall and making good to disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface.

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and supply and fix new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 7.5 KW / 10.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanished sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & Taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto 7.5KW/10.0 HP in 06 Passenger lift G+9 storey building complete with all electric connection of following capacities Charge Make :- Yasakava / FUJI

Supply and fix in repairs breaking resistor choke for 10 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for 08 PS lifts complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking out all defective batteries from existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12 VDC, 18 AH (one set-04 nos batteries for each) ARD complete all as specified and directed.. Supply & Fix the toe guard, beneath the car made of sheet 1.2 mm thick, with angle support, having size of 750 mm height and length equivalent to cabin door opening width complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable shaft wiring, supply and fixing of shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit with PVC insulated copper conductor cable single core, 1100 Volts grade 0.75 Sqmm 24 Nos single core & 1.0 Sqmm for earth wire duly bunched with wire binding locking strip, drawing through in and including galvanished sheet metal trucking of 24 SWG up to ground floor in hoist for control to all function including in built connection for control panel, PCB, Hall push button, fire switch and lower limit switch all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
