Supply , install , testing and commissioning of Iron Removal Plant outdoor type of capacity 45000 LPH/ 10000 GPH direct in- line type dual media filter system and iron removal filter system to treat raw water having iron Fe content 3.00 PPM and treated water shall have less than 0.30 PPM, with all necessary civil work for foundation, Pit for valves, hardstanding for operation and maintenance, drainage for backwash water upto nearest drain network not more than 50 Mtr from IRP as directed by Engr in Charge alongwith the parameters mentioned below :- (Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the parameters) (A) OXIDATION CHAMBER - (01 No) (i) size as per OEM/manufacturer (ii) Thickness of shell, Dish & Bed plate @ 6 mm , 8 mm & 8mm respectively (iii) Media - MnO2 (iv) Distribution system with PP umbrella strainer with PVC nuts & bolts for mounting into strainer plates (v) Valves - 02 Nos isolation valves for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve (vi) Type and no of guages provided - 02 Nos & as per OEM recommendations. (B ) DUAL MEDIA FILTER -( 01 No) (i) size as per OEM/manufacturer with thickness of shell and dish @ 6mm and 8mm respectively (ii) Design Pressure-3.50 kg/cm2 (iii) Media - Anthracite,Course Silex,Fine Silex,Filtering Sand, Crushed Gravels and pebbles.(iv) Painting - Internal Epoxy painted and outside 2 coat primer . (v) Backwash Frequency - when DP more than 0.60 kg/cm2. (vi) FILTER MEDIA with Anthracite, Filering sand, crushed gravel, Pebbles of various sizes with distribution system of header & lateral collector system to ensure the required parameters as per IS:10500. The thickness of filter media should be as per the design of OEM to get the required (vii) 05 Nos isolation valves for filter media for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve and 02 Nos gauges, provided all as per OEM recommendation.

ITEM NO 1.00 CONT.. (C) IRON REMOVAL FILTER - (01 No) (i) size as per OEM/manufacturer with thickness of shell and dish @ 6mm and 8mm respectively (ii) filter media as MnO2, filtering sand, Crushed gravel, Pebbels of various sizes with distribution system of Header & lateral collector system to ensure the required parameters as per IS:10500. (iii) 05 Nos isolation valves for filter media for each filter vessel & 01 No air release valve and 02 Nos gauges shall be provided (iv) Design Pr-3.5 kg/cm2 (v) Backwash Frequency - when DP more than 0.6kg/cm2 (D) AIR COMPRESSOR (01 No) of motor 5 HP and cap 21 CFM with all connected accessories & all necessary civil work for foundation & as per OEM recommendation including electric connection of suitable size cable and starter panel having over voltage/under voltage/ single phasing protection. (E) CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM (i) Dosing pump - 02 Nos (1W + 1S) of cap 0-10 LPH @ 3 Kg / Cm2 including necessary cable connection of suitable size (ii) Dosing tank - 01 No of cap 200 ltrs made up of HDPE (F) Pressure Gauge line mounted , Glycerin filled, pressure sensing by diaphragm of range 0-5 Kg/Cm2, dia of dial 100 mm - 01 each per vessel mounting on 1/2" NPT, complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) Rates quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary alterations to the existing pipelines to connect the inlet and outlet of IRP like reducers, tees, bends etc including cuttings, weldings wherever required to complete the installation, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Interconnecting pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item. (iii) Display board for water flow, SOP, routine maintenance to be submitted after installation. (iv) All pipe lines to be painted as per standard colour code with arrow marking. (v) Before errection the complete drg/ design of OEM shall be submitted for approval of GE (vi) Installation and commissioning work shall be carried out in presence of Engineer of OEM. (vii) Painting :- Internal surface shall be painted with lead free Epoxy paint and outside surface with Synthetic Enamel paint over two coats of red oxide primer as per OEM recommendation (viii) Cost of earthwork & foundation is included in quoted rate. (ix) Site clearance shall be measured & under respective item

Supply, laying, connection and testing 100 mm bore, ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast (spun) with spigot and socket ends, class K-7 and confirming to IS 8329 - 2000 with push on rubber gasket jointing inside with cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, welding & testing 100 mm bore MS Pipe (Heavy duty class 'C') 8mm thick laid in trenches or on floors for connections of main water supply line to iron removal plant and inter connection of filter media vessel also connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line including MS Flanges and Flange joints complete with jointing materials and welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS - 14846 with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer, rubber fibre board gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm bore cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS - 14846 with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer, rubber fibre board gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of 100 mm Cast iron Non Return valve without by pass arrangement, swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends of pressure rating PN 1.0 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs upto 150 mm bore dia size confirming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete inclduing taking down old earthing/ dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron strip of size 25x4mm fixed to wall on batten/porcelain/epoxy insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc connected upto test terminal point etc complete including fixing with saddles and screws for fixing porcelain/epoxy insulators/conduit/pipe, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick Cement plaster in 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm dia GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid on road crossing, drain crossing, laid in floor or fixed to iron structures/poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Site clearance of installation area by removing of grass, creepers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breadth wise along length of cable in trenches for cable protection laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of under ground cable provided in layers of sand as 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for Sub main Wiring with two run of 4.0 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core and cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit of adequate size and fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two single core cable and one No. earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured together as one length

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 240 Volts 8 Way with 200 amps rated bus bar double door type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 6-32 Amps rated SP 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 to 63 Amps rated TP 415V, 10KA, 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 16 to 32 Amp rated TPN 415V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the MCB DB or existing panel board complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.
