Description of work/item:- (a) M & L for transportation of Pump set to workshop, dismantling and opening of defective submersible pump set 10/12.5 HP with column assembly of any size/capacity including disconnecting electrical and water line connection complete and lifting it with the help of chain pully,clamp,tripodetc for repairing and re-fixing the same after making it serviceable including rethreading of column pipe/fixing of new column pipe and and replacement of worn studs, nuts, bolts and replacement of defective spare parts of bowl assembly and rewinding of submersible motore etc including re-fixing the same after making it serviceable in its existing position complete all as specified and directed. Qty -04 Nos (b) M & L for transportation, repair and servicing and testing of Pump set 20 HP Centrifugal motor pump set 3 phase 415 volts by opening end covers, replacing connection lead, greasing the both end of bearings, and replacement of bearings metaling/polishing of shaft , cuppling replacing of bush, worn out nut, bolts, gasket, air release valve key, gland stuffing box male/ female set, Rubber bush, descaling of impeller and replacing of impellor key & neck ring (Impellor guide) and winding of motor and other minor repair required and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint with connected LT panel complete all as specified and directed . Qty-02 Nos (c) M & L for transportation, repair and servicing and testing of Pump set 12.5 HP Centrifugal motor pump set 3 phase 415 volts by opening end covers, replacing connection lead, greasing the both end of bearings, and replacement of bearings metaling/polishing of shaft , cuppling replacing of bush, worn out nut, bolts, gasket, air release valve key, gland stuffing box male/ female set, Rubber bush, descaling of impeller and replacing of impellor key & neck ring (Impellor guide) and winding of motor and other minor repair required and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint with connected LT panel complete all as specified and directed . Qty-03 Nos (d) M & L for servicing and testing of auto starter of 20 HP electric motor by replacing copper connection lead, brass studs, connection plate of 6mm thick hylum sheet and , varnishing of transformer winding and repairing /replacing and fill of transformer oil and other minor parts which required to make the system serviceable complete all as specified and directed.
