Cleaning of Over Head Service Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.)

Rewinding of three phase squirrel cage induction motor of HSC pump sets including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enamelled copper wire (including cost of copper wire) 'E' class insulation material and testing of motor on no load but to be guaranteed against testing on load at site, including making electric connection at site of installation of motor with starter, alignment with pump sets and transportation to and fro from installation site complete as per direction of engineer in charge at site.
