Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 500 but not exceeding 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconecting & refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I.

Refixing old G I tubing 15 mm dia obtained from item No. 3 in new or old position (walls,ceiling, floor), etc all as directed.

S & F 15 mm bore G I pipe, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm bore of GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed

M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in average 50 mm thick concrete padding / levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering cement mortar 10 mm thick 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical 100 ML per bag of cement conplast-X 42 11 C fosroc chemical (India) Ltd or equivalent make as specified by manufacturer instruction on concrete surfaces of roof and making the surfaces finished fair and even as in required slope for draining out the rain water all as specified and directed. Note - Water proofing chemical will be meassured and paid for separately under relevant item of this schedule

Supply only liquid water proofing chemical Conplast-X 42 11 C of Fosroc chemical (India) Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE all as specified & directed

M & L for removing of exisitng Water proofing treatment course or any other kind of treatment over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance not exceeding 50 m and applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms / sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650N/5CM and 350N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch on application including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and finished with solar reflective bituminuous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 Kilo metre but not exceeding 5 Kilo metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulb, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover filets/steel or aluminium grid complete all as spfd and directed.

M & L for powder coated Aluminium snap grid (minimum 50 microns thickness powder coating) of size 605 x 605 mm with anodised aluminium angle of size 25mmx25mm x1.5mm thick and main & cross T of size 40mm x 25mm x 1.5mm thick for false ceiling including fixing of supporting hangers all as specified and directed . Note :Cost of hangers will be measured & paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified.

S & F 12 mm thick Gypsum board of size 600 x 600 mm in ceiling fixed with screws and finished with two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of self primer all as per manufaturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but all as specified & directed

M & L for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone agrregate as in solid block masonary exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in intels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work. Exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, cranes gantries, rails nd fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section and in any position in framed work all as specified and directed.

M & L second class hard wood as in scantling timber wrought framed & fixed all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spacing not exceeding 15 cm all as specified and as directed.

M & L second class hardwood clean swan batten at 15cm centres, sectional area exceeding 15sq cm & not exceeding 25 sq cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern in tile or similar on roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Asbestos cement two piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing new surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description and girth and treated with two coats of creosote oil paint complete all as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any discription over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed
